Lovely room and hotel decor, great location! Only issue was the shower door was too small so all the water would get on to the floor and flood the bathroom

Lovely hotel. We had an upgraded modest double room. Room was small but big enough for a short break. Open wardrobe, with clothes steamer and hairdryer. Toiletries included hand wash, hair/body wash and conditioner. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great access to transport, as station is 5min walk. Plenty of coffee shops, bars, shops within walking distance. Would stay again

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from a metro station. Hotel is clean and staff were polite and helpful. Room cleaning is only available upon request, would have better if the towels were replaced automatically daily. Inadequate lighting in the room though, if not for the daylight flooding in from the windows, is really tough to pack and read in the room. Will likely recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting the city.

Location and service are great! I like the deco and design in the lobby and feel like home. The room is clean and comfortable but a bit small. No kettle and no coffee maker and no fridge and no air conditioning cause us quite inconvenience. Overall is alright.

I arrived early from my flight, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful reception staff who had a room ready for me. They assigned me a room on the ground floor, which turned out to be a great choice as it eliminated the need for using the lift. I had booked a standard single room, and while it was basic, it was impeccably clean, and the hotel's decor was tasteful. The shower had excellent water flow, and although my room faced the courtyard (requiring me to keep the curtains drawn for privacy), I didn't spend much time in the room, so it didn't bother me. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

The hotel was very nice. The room was not very big and it was not really possible to walk along the side of the bed, but it was comfortable and well located. Not far from the train station or the center. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is beautiful & staff are very helpful. I would also recommend the breakfast! It is nice & close to the main train station which is especially great for solo travelers. It isn’t right in the Centre, but for me I like walking so I really liked the location. For example it is about 45min walk to the Amalienborg Palace complex. But once you’re there you’re close to most of the ‘touristy’ places! Some very minor cons but don’t let them deter you from booking this hotel as it is truly beautiful: - it would have been good to have general tea & coffee available in the room. - also the lighting in the room itself is limited, so can be quite dim. The bathroom is perfectly fine lighting though.

The blonde lady who welcomed us upon arrival was so lovely and was very welcoming. She was interested in our trip and was very accommodating. It was the same lady who we checked out with and honestly she was the best host we have ever experienced. Each day even as we walked past reception we were greeted by pleasant hosts. Would recommend the hotel for the staff alone.

If I recall, I stated stayed at this place on my last day in Copenhagen, so that I can catch an early train to Stockholm. Central railway station is just across the road. I did not go far from this hotel, as there are ample eateries around. Pretty decent and clean !

Fantastic location, modern decor, lovely staff, delicious and fresh breakfast. I travelled with friends and we’d meet up downstairs in one of the cosy rooms in the evening to chill with a bottle of sparkling wine before going to bed. It was the right thing for us to do after a busy day walking and exploring the city. We were celebrating my sister-in-law’s 50th and the staff arranged for a card, Prosecco on an ice bucket and glasses to be ready on her bedroom on our arrival. I’d go back to this hotel and recommend it for sure.

Lovely hotel. Fabulous position near to train station, local shops restaurants and Tivoli. Amazing bed and pillows like a big marshmallow. Would have appreciated some tv as l didn't know how to download to the tv off my phone.
