Is an old hotel. The facilities and furniture are required to have some upgrade done to improve on. No early check in. Need to wait till 3pm. Room is spacious. Hot water is not hot for the shower. Staff is friendly. Walk about 18 minutes to jonker street.

Hotel situated on strategic site close to eatries and place of intrest. I was here 18 years ago staying at same hotel. Hotel is resonably priced

Convenient location, near to many eateries, restaurants and local shops. Check in and out is easy, smooth transaction.

The hotel is large clean and well maintained. You can walk easily from the hotel to the touristic center. Or take a grab car cheaply. The pool is large and nice and good for relaxing or sunning. The room is large and lots of space. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also huge. It had a separate shower and jacuzzi bathtub!!! Soooo nice to destress in the jacuzzi. It had a a great working refrigerator that actual kept items cold! The towels were nice and actually soft!!! The water was hot abs with lots of pressure. Totally worth it!

Always the best in customer service, front counter are efficient and staff are friendly, room is clean except one tissue paper found not clear on the bathroom tap, but overall everything is good, air conditioner is working well. room provide coffee and tea bags.

The stay was just amazing & comfortable. Cozy place, strategic location.

Quite an old hotel but everything is functional. Around 10 minutes walking distance from historical center and 8 minutes by car from bus station.

4 days here. Location strategy and being near town. It is easy to find parking, even when I come back to the hotel early in the morning. The receptionists (guys) were very helpful. Housekeeping workers clean my room every day, and I am very satisfied with them. Good job! I just don’t try their foods, so I don’t know the taste here.

I'm happy with my stay at Bayview Melaka. The atmosphere is good, the room is clean, the room is bigger than the one in Penang. Only the upper shower is leaking when I'm using the small shower. But overall I'm okay. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come again as a guest. Thanks.

The room was huge for 2 of us and we expected high floors as indicated in our Tripco message but they gave 2nd floor. The window view was multi storey car park from opposite building speciality centre. On top of that the furnitures are very dusty. The TV channel with very very poor reception. Below are thr list of my findings in berief 1) Requested for high floor but hotel arranged low floor. 2) Room furnitures are very dusty. 3) TV channels poor quality.

Regular guest at this hotel. 2nd stay for this year. Location excellent, close to The Shore shopping mall and Kg Morten. Staff friendly and attentive. Room spacious and comfortable, but a bit dated. Air conditioning a bit noisy but still tolerable. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

The room look old with furniture so worn out.....the aircond air intake full of dust...omg

Everything was good except the quality of food during breakfast time. Maybe hotel top management can review their tasteness of the food and provide more variety of cuisine. Thank you.

Sangat selesa . Parking lift boleh terus direct from car park - looby - room . Sangat senang. Everytime datang melaka akan stay here . And sorry forget to snap any picture masa menginap . Btw thank you for your hospitality service . Tq
