I strongly recommend this hotel, MaxOnehotels.com Platinum, to everyone who is visiting Jakarta due to my very good personal experiences. I had chosen the warmth room and stayed for 14days . I soon realised that find this hotel location is very convenient as it is very close to major financial centres , malls and places of interest. The transports such as motorcycle taxi, tutu, car taxi, MRT, BRT, buses are at the doorstep. Many good eateries are walking distance away. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is strategically located with Harmoni station, an impt link, just 200m away. The bed is set is very cosy and comfortable. I enjoy sleeping here. They have good food at the top floor lounge with very good views 310 degrees, haha, cause the other 50 degrees is facing the Buffet Spreads. A big thanks to all the staff who have made my stay here most memorable and enjoyable, especially Emma and Agnes from the front desk. I am from Singapore.

My place is nice, comfortable, the staff are friendly, but the mukenas are not well maintained so they are no longer pleasant, maybe the mukenas could be cleaned first so that other visitors can pray more comfortably

Pros: Location wise is good. The room is big. There is a big supermarket nearby. There is a new drink stall in the lobby with a cheap deal. Cons: It is on a business block, which has a parking system. There was the first problem we had. When we asked for free parking facility, the receptionist woman told us that the facility has been used up due to full occupation. It meant we should add up extra 24hrs×IDR5,000 for parking. After we forced then she gave us. She gave us bad attitude. The room was dirty and dark. The bed was comfy but the sheet is somehow dirty. The sheet did not fit the spring bed. Food was average and lack of protein. Hallway is dirty. Hotel needs to upgrade service, food and housekeeping.
