Tara Niwas offers a peaceful and relaxing stay when on a hectic business trip. The warm hospitality of the staff and the excellent food are the other major reasons, this is my preferred place to stay when in Jaipur. The aesthetic decor of the rooms gives a true feel of Rajasthan. I highly recommend tourists and people on business trips to explore Tara Niwas

Beautiful boutique hotel with the old world charm & rajasthan reflecting in every corner. Best thing was garden and how they have not used plastics much & focused on the sustainability. Location is also good. 15 mins drive from the main city attractions like hawa mahal, city palace and staff are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will revisit

It's very clean and comfortable. Food is also good. All major city attraction are close to hotel. 24/7 hot water available in bathrooms. Room service is slow but good. Mineral water available for drinking. Air conditioner and heater are also available in nice condition.

This property has a unique character which can’t be felt from the photos. Best place specially with kids. Its far from hustle bustle yet in heart of the city. Front garden gives you space with nature. Room sizes are good and room facilities are just as you expect with hot water with good pressure, heater, kettle. Food in the kitchen feels like homemade which kids loved.

I had a beautiful experience at Tara Niwas. Staff made me feel safe as a single woman traveller and provided a comfortable and professional hospitable experience. The home cooked food, the ponds and water lillies, the ethnic jaipur block prints as bed linen and quilt and dining hall table linen and curtains in the rooms, all added to the charm of this place. Additionally they have an option to request for a hard mattress or pillow for those with back issues with soft mattresses. Finally the music in the front courtyard and the presence of beautifully curated green spaces, created an oasis and a world away from the traffic jams of Jaipur. The proximity to Kishan bagh, a wonderful restored ecological treasure of Jaipur is of course a lovely aspect, facilitating early morning walks at the restored kishan bagh.

Decent stay. Room was comfortable. Bathrooms could have been better. Doors weren't locking properly. Towels weren't clean. Bathtub wasn't clean. Breakfast - not much options. Common area - lounge was nice.

Very clean, creatively decorated guesthouse. Well equipped room. Elevator. Friendly helpful staff. What was problematic was way too much light from hallway at night because of inside windows and glass. Also doors very close to each other. Noise from neighbors. Small box for room key in order to have heat, which no one told me about when I checked in, thus had difficult cold sleep. So, I will not return.
