The service was superior right from the check in i had to wait for long time and staff did not know which room to be allocated (some other guest came after were given rooms but we were waiting) , and finally after wait of 45 min got the room which was not what i had paid for . They put us in the back side room where as we had booked for garden view. On complaining for room change , Requested to talk to Manager and he did not turnup , another wait for half hr and they try to prepare the room. By the way we did not arrive early as we requested early checkin coz of bad weather n traffic jam. Manager here seems to have high ego or coward , does not want to face or listen to the customer so one can know wht to expect. He just put it onto front desk staff to handle. Food was not so good , so i wished i had better booked some international brand hotel , instead of trying the hotel with some nice traditional look . Poor staff trying to help themselves by running the show , looked like .

Very good ambience

My stay was fantastic! Rooms were spacious with comfy beds, balcony views of manicured lawns. Located 05 mins from Chokhi Dhani and 15 mins from airport, perfect balance. The pool area was a clean, kids-friendly. Bandhani restaurant nailed it with delicious buffets Indian &Continental.Staff were super friendly and proactive specially Satya resolving issues fast. I believe this is worth it and lovely stay one of my favourites.

We recently planned a trip to Jaipur in August to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and as always, our favourite place to stay was Pride Amber Vilas Resort. Whenever we plan a Jaipur trip, Pride Amber Vilas is our first and only choice. The beautiful heritage-inspired architecture, peaceful vibe, cleanliness, excellent location, and warm hospitality make every stay truly special. The resort is also very conveniently connected to the Ring Road, making it easy to access while still giving you the feeling of staying at a beautiful property with all the modern and luxurious amenities. The staff is extremely supportive, courteous, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Ms. Sapna, who served us at the Bandhni Restaurant. She was exceptionally courteous, polite, and attentive throughout our experience. Her warm and professional service really added to our celebration. To make the occasion even more special, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary birthday cake for my wife, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Overall, another wonderful stay at Pride Amber Vilas! ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable. We look forward to coming back again and again whenever we are in Jaipur. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of heritage charm, luxury, hospitality, and a peaceful stay in Jaipur.
