We booked a family room during the National Day. It is a double bed + single bed, the cost is 900/day/room, 300/day per person. I stayed at this hotel in the family room,newly renovated,still had that new smell.Rooms were good size and very clean,it was brand new.It is close to all tourist attractions and within walking distance to Grand and Spice Bazar.Very friendly and helpfull staff,i would recommend this hotel without hesitation. I spent 5 days in Istanbul, the tree is in an excellent position, you can get around the entire most historic part easily on foot; the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Our windows overlooked the street where the T1 tram passes. At 12 at night the tram stops running, all the shops are closed and there is complete silence. At 6 am, the tram starts running, it is better to take earplugs for those who are light sleepers. There is no breakfast at the hotel (January 2023) The room is very clean, stylish. The plumbing is all new, the water pressure in the shower is excellent, it was always hot. I want to note the battery that was in the room, it can be adjusted by an employee and make it very warm. The bed linen is new, the mattress is excellent, the pillows are soft, cleaning was every day. Very carefully put our things and carefully cleaned the room. The only negative for us was the ventilation in the room, from which there was a smell of cigarettes from time to time. For people with allergies, this can be a problem.
