I came to Istanbul to relax and therefore wanted a hotel that was located close to the attractions. So Pearl is located ideally. Pleasant and friendly staff. We organized transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. Small but cozy rooms. And I especially liked that the hotel spoke many languages ​​and therefore communication and solving issues was perfect 🤩 Thank you for the vacation, I will come again ❤️

The hotel is inexpensive, there were no special expectations from it. The bad impression was left due to: 1. We had an early flight, we had to leave for the airport at 7.45, breakfast at the hotel from 8.00. Breakfast was served, but they didn’t give us anything to eat (even though breakfast had been paid for), they poured us a cup of coffee very dissatisfiedly and that was it. At the same time, I personally saw how people ate at 7.30. It just amazed me, the service was zero. 2. We had to call a taxi to the airport, the reception didn’t even offer to do this, they advised us to download Uber)) 3. We didn’t expect anything from the breakfast, but it was very modest

Hotel to avoid, poor welcome, are not at all professional, everyone is angry, the owner is supposedly not at all friendly, not many employees at the hotel, so everything is done in a hurry or not done at all, to hope to have cleaning in your room you have to ask ten thousand times, only one poor girl who does the cleaning, so no time for her to do everything, she starts with the rooms that will be rented and if she has any left Sometimes she will do the others. Sometimes she starts cleaning the bed rooms around 5 p.m. quickly, so not very well done, and we don't change your towels systematically, you always have to ask, it's painful. In short, it is absolutely necessary to avoid...

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and the room was available. The receptionist didn't speak English, but most likely they were just waiting for us, so we understood each other immediately! Found it reasonably clean and with a good temperature. 3rd floor, but hotel with elevator. Busy night with neighbors who kept us awake until 2 am. Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof so you can really hear everything. A little education from the various customers wouldn't hurt. Breakfast well presented, but very repetitive and does not offer anything local. Mid-week, even though it was included in the price, we decided to have breakfast outside. With a handful of Turkish lira you can have something typical for breakfast. Nothing to say about the quality of the food offered. Personally, the variety of what is proposed needs to be improved. WI-FI in the hall/reception area works well, fast and with a good signal. On the 3rd floor both in the evening and during the day, there was a dancing signal and continuous disconnections. When you find it, there is only one person at the reception who speaks English. Pleasant, it will give you tips on what to see and what to do. Available, smiling, pleasant, happy to chat. Cleaning during the week clearly needs improvement. Sometimes only the bed was made and any hair on the floor was not even collected. It's not a 5-star hotel and we understand, but a vacuum cleaner could be done given that they aren't 200m2 rooms! It is well signposted, but I remember that the rooms are not cleaned on Sundays. The area is quiet, if you have the habit of waking up early. Being a productive neighborhood, shoe manufacturing begins in the morning around 7.30/8.00. We have never stayed at night, but even late in the evening you feel calm walking around the neighborhood. Everything within walking distance. Public transport: 30min brisk walk from the Metro station. 15/20min from the tram station We prepaid the room with booking. If this is not the case, credit card payments are accepted, but with a commission to be added to the price of the room. The hotel has potential. It could improve with some small adjus**ents.

THEY REFUSED TO CHECK IN. We have reservations from December 4th to December 11th. On the 4th we checked into a room with rust, holes, mold and chips on the furniture. We wanted to move after the first night, but we were offered to change rooms for the day. We decided to give the hotel another chance and slept another night. As a result, we were petrified from the cold, there was no handle on the door in the toilet (if you have long nails, it is very difficult to open), there was very little light, it was always in twilight (even in the middle of the day), there were wires hanging instead of light bulbs, as well as 2 separate beds, although we booked 1 large one. Then they refused to improve our conditions, return our money, and the whole conversation was raised. Result: the money was not returned, the reservation was not canceled and they yelled at us. We went to visit a friend for a couple of days. A friend left on the 10th, we decided to return to the hotel, since the money had already been paid for a long time. At this time, I wrote messages to the hotel in order to culturally understand the situation. I was ignored. On December 10th we arrive, and they push us out and chase us out of the door. There is a recording of a conversation and a video where they clearly say that there are no places in the hotel, they won’t let us in, and they won’t refund our money. That is, this hotel did not return the money, did not cancel the reservation, but someone was accommodated in this place. THEY STOLE MONEY.
