Hotel booked On February 2022 we booked 1 room for 2 people from August 8 to 20. We decided the price for 45 per night with a staff member. Everything was good, we also discussed that we pay the amount there in the hotel. Employee thought this was good. No problems so far. On June 6 (4 months later) we receive a message (not even a call) that we have to make a reservation through ***********. Of course the prices are now double what we have to pay. I sent them a message via WhatsApp and called them, no response. (I even have proof on WhatsApp that what we agreed was arranged). We called through my cousin who lives in Turkey, and of course they answered. I explained what I mentioned above. They indicated that it is a new system and that we have to reserve it online. They couldn't do anything for us. The way the employee addressed us was also not normal, really not customer friendly. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, they are cheating people because the euro has become worth a lot there. So don't go to this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
