Unfortunately I had mixed feelings for our accommodation. I have to let special thanks to reception girl and boy. There are amazing. The breakfast was amazing too. But the women from housekeeping made some mistakes. They close and put our luggage in closet every day. They put also my phone charger in drawer, and unfortunately we took some traditional foods for our relatives and they magically disappeared. Generally is a very good location. But in case that you choose to stay there, do not let the housekeepers going inside.

The trip did not start well, once we arrived at the hotel we had reserved, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not included, the situation was tremendous, without a room for 6 people in the center at 3 p.m., we contacted several hotels of the area and in all the same answer, "full", and when we thought that we would have to look outside the center, in this hotel they tell us that if they have 3 double rooms, we couldn't believe it. The Hotel is perfect, better than the one we thought we had reserved, clean, good mattresses, bottle of water and change of towels daily, amenities in the bathroom, full breakfast and dishes made by them daily, served on the terrace the 4th floor, open or closed depending on the season and with views of the Bosphorus. Lovely and helpful staff, a shame they don't speak any Spanish, but otherwise perfect.

I don't like putting bad reviews, in fact sometimes I avoid writing when things aren't going well to avoid problems for those who carry out this job professionally but you can't satisfy everyone, but as far as this hotel is concerned I hope my review is a warning for everyone. Truly unspeakable staff do not respond to emails or telephones before booking, then I understood why the reception is almost always empty. We made a reservation in March/April on a site where we could book leaving the credit card as a guarantee, close to our arrival they canceled 4 credit cards declaring them unsuitable for payment but the transactions never reached our current account . Moral of the story we realized that they gave the rooms on other sites at tripled prices so our reservation was no longer useful to them and 12 hours after our departure they canceled our reservation thus forcing us to spend a fortune in another hotel .
