The hotel is ideally located, you couldn't imagine a better location. The rooms are not new, but in some rooms the beds are gradually being changed, and they are slowly being updated. The staff is very attentive, they help with everything, they solve any issue. Thanks a lot. A huge plus of the hotel is the terrace, the views are excellent. It's very nice to have breakfast with a view. The breakfast itself is varied, there is a lot of everything, the choice is excellent, there is fruit, coffee from a coffee machine. Not often seen.
Well, the downsides: - from the shower head or from the hose, I couldn’t figure it out, it splashed in different directions, it would be nice to replace it; There is no chair in the room, and the closet is not roomy, if you come for 5 days or even just two people, there is not enough space to fit. You can at least put a hanger on the floor.
But all these disadvantages are compensated by the location of the hotel, good breakfast and the view from the terrace.

The location is really good, almost adjacent to Trang Station.
As with most accommodations in the old town, the facilities feel a bit old. Although it was the cheapest room, it was a small room where it was difficult to even spread out a suitcase, and the bathroom drain was so bad that I had to stop several times while taking a shower.
The biggest problem is that breakfast starts at 8:30 am. I couldn't eat because of other schedules.
But sleep alone. If you need early check-in, you can think about it.

It's halfway between Hagia Sophia and ***Sibazar (Msr Charche)... It's easy to cross the bridge and go in the direction of Taksim. If you're on the Ayasofia side too much, you'll get a little out of the way, and there are a lot of hills when you walk around. So the location of this hotel is superb. The breakfast is great, and the view from the breakfast room on the 5th floor is great. Facilities and cleanliness are just mediocre... Grand Bazaar or *** City Bazaar cut at least 50% or more... Or if you walk a little bit out of the city center, they sell the same item at half price. What remains is to drink pomegranate juice every day.. Based on the largest cup, it is 70 lira in the city center and 40 lira if you slightly get out of the city center. The mackerel kebab is also not tasty at the famous shipboard restaurant. When you go to a restaurant, they remove the skin and appendages cleanly and make it. Just look at the onboard restaurant and eat mackerel kebab at small restaurants here and there. Terrible experience, so many issues in last 12 hours so far,
1.the WiFi stopped working and they said they can't fix it.
2. The air conditioner of our room doesn't work and they said they can't change our room because there are none available
3. They didn't even give us extra blankets

To whom this may concern,
Unfortunately I’m writing this email because I was extremely disappointed and disheartened with my experience at Idylle hotel during my stay 07/02/24 to 12/02/24. I was appalled at the level of cleanliness of the room. The floor was not clean neither was the shower room. Significant amount of dust had accumulated and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed dust on the furniture and surfaces and asked the staff to ensure it would be cleaned properly the next day. However this did not happen and the bathroom was also not well-maintained, with visible dust and dirt in the corners. One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was because of its cleanliness testing as I have a severe dust allergy, eczema and asthma. Maintaining a clean and dust-free environment was crucial for me and unfortunately the whole stay I had an eczema flare up and inflammation. It was disheartening to see the lack of attention to cleanliness. Not only this but another major issue was the shower which was disgusting and the pump did not even work. Future guests should not have to endure the same disappointment and discomfort that I experienced during my stay especially with a health condition. I have attached images below illustrating my frustration and level of uncleanliness.

The Hotel’s location is attractive. The Service was 5/5 stars and the breakfast as Well. But the room had really much dust, and one of the bed’s spring was default. Thanks for the visit.

If youre going to spend most of your time out of your hotel its ideal the location is 10/10 does have draw backs though towels were stained noisy even with windows closed and overall condition wasnt great but as i said it was very good in terms of loaction walking distance to most places and the tram stop is literally outside which takes you to most places
