Отель идеально расположен, лучше не придумаешь. Номера не новые, но, в некоторых номерах меняют постепенно кровати, те потихоньку обновляют. Персонал - очень внимательный, во все помогают, решают любой вопрос. Огромное спасибо. Огромный плюс отеля - терраса, виды отличные. Завтракать с видами очень приятно. Сам завтрак - разнообразные, всего много, выбор отличный, есть фрукты, кофе из кофе-машины. Не часто можно встретить.
Ну и минусы: - из лейки душа или из шланга, так и не поняла, брызгало в разные стороны, хорошо бы заменить; в комнате нет стула, и шкаф - не вместительный, если приехать дней на 5 или даже вдвоём, мало места, чтобы разместиться. Можно на пол хотя бы элементарно вешалку поставить.
Но все эти минусы - компенсируются расположением отеля, хорошим завтраком и видом с террасы.

環境乾淨但冷氣不太足。
地理位置方便,一下樓就有地面鐵路, 景點都是在附近。
房間空間感比較細， 行李打開放兩個的話剛剛好

트랭역과 거의 붙어 있다고 보면 될 정도로 위치는 정말 좋다.
구시가지 숙소가 거의 그렇듯 시설은 조금 낡은 감이 있고. 가장 저렴한 방이긴 하지만 캐리어 펼칠 자리조차 어려운 작은 방에 화장실 배수가 너무 안되서 샤워하다 여러번 멈춰야 했다.
가장 큰 문제는 조식 시간이 아침 8시30분 부터라. 다른 일정 때문에 먹지 못했다.
하지만 혼자 주무시거나. 이른 체크인이 필요하다면 고민해볼수 잏딘.

이스탄불은 관광지가 넓게 퍼져있어서 어디로 호텔잡을지 고민될수 있는데, 이 호텔 또는 근처(주변에 호텔 즐비함)가 가장 좋은것 같아요. 아야소피아와 ***시바자르(므스르 차르슈) 중간쯤이고.. 다리건너 탁심방향으로 가기도 편해요. 너무 아야소피아쪽에 있으면 조금 외지고, 걸어다닐때 언덕 많아요. 그래서 이 호텔이 위치는 최고. 조식 훌륭하고요, 5층 조식식당 뷰가 아주 좋아요. 시설이나 청결도는 그냥 중간... 그랜드 바자르나 ***시 바자르는 최소 50%이상 깎으시던가.. 아니면 걸어서 도심 조금만 벗어나도 같은물건 반값에 팔아요. 석류즙 매일 드시는게 남는것.. 제일큰컵기준, 도심은 70리라 도심을 살짝만 벗어나면 40리라 입니다. 고등어케밥도 그 유명한 선상식당은 맛없어요. 식당가면 껍질과 부속물 깨끗하게 제거하고 만들어줘요. 선상식당은 구경만하고 고등어케밥 드시는건 여기저기 작은 식당에서 드세요. To whom this may concern,
Unfortunately I’m writing this email because I was extremely disappointed and disheartened with my experience at Idylle hotel during my stay 07/02/24 to 12/02/24. I was appalled at the level of cleanliness of the room. The floor was not clean neither was the shower room. Significant amount of dust had accumulated and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed dust on the furniture and surfaces and asked the staff to ensure it would be cleaned properly the next day. However this did not happen and the bathroom was also not well-maintained, with visible dust and dirt in the corners. One of the main reasons why I chose this hotel was because of its cleanliness testing as I have a severe dust allergy, eczema and asthma. Maintaining a clean and dust-free environment was crucial for me and unfortunately the whole stay I had an eczema flare up and inflammation. It was disheartening to see the lack of attention to cleanliness. Not only this but another major issue was the shower which was disgusting and the pump did not even work. Future guests should not have to endure the same disappointment and discomfort that I experienced during my stay especially with a health condition. I have attached images below illustrating my frustration and level of uncleanliness.

The Hotel’s location is attractive. The Service was 5/5 stars and the breakfast as Well. But the room had really much dust, and one of the bed’s spring was default. Thanks for the visit.

If youre going to spend most of your time out of your hotel its ideal the location is 10/10 does have draw backs though towels were stained noisy even with windows closed and overall condition wasnt great but as i said it was very good in terms of loaction walking distance to most places and the tram stop is literally outside which takes you to most places
