We always stay at this hotel with great pleasure!!! excellent service, caring staff, wonderful SPA with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, steam bath., Delicious, varied breakfast. Excellent bed with luxurious linen, excellent water pressure in the shower (even at 17 floor), clean. Not far from the hotel there is a walking area along the sea, good restaurants! ,

The price of eating in the restaurant on the first floor is a bit expensive, but the quality is much better than the scenic restaurants in the old city. There is a hookah bar about 5 minutes’ walk away, where you can eat and play chess.

The front desk was very good. It was only 9am when we arrived at the hotel, so we were able to check in in advance. to praise

We had a really bad experience at the check in, I wair for an hour for my luggages and finally I myself went to lobby to get my luggages. The next bad experience was when we called for make up room. They only changed the towels and did not clean the bathroom.

The sea view is beautiful and the room is not bad, but I don't understand why the minibar is locked directly. It is also a very confusing operation, and even the drinking cups and kettles are locked. Pre-authorization is required before you can open the water to boil water. The service here did not make me feel at home. The breakfast omelette is suitable for Chinese people's appetite, and the rest is basically nothing special. The maximum service is 4⭐. The hotel's services are not suitable for people traveling on business. Basically, they have already got off work before you get off work. However, massage, haircut, simple shopping and ATM are basically all available, which is still good.

It was an amazing wxoerience throughout my stay for a week. An excellent view overlooking the sea, comfort in superb furnishled room with amenities, beautiful SPA with all facilities you can imagine, breakfast was faboulous, food in the Bar as well as Marama Batik restaurant are rated as five star. The location is perfect for our business connection as well as a pleasure to walk by the beach. This is one of the best horel we have ever stayed.
