We loved our stay at Paradise City! It was my husband's birthday and the hotel prepared a teddy bear and chocolates to surprise him in our room!
There are plenty of food to choose from from the food court and we love sipping on wine while listening to a band basking in the 'court yard' of the hotel.
You must definitely try all the different Tiramisu & Macaron at & AND COFFEE! We tried most of their tiramisu there but our favorite is the Pistachio and Mont Blanc Tiramisu and Yellow Cheese Macaron!

The initial room assigned to us had some unexplained noise. We informed the hotel staff who helped with our luggage, and after unsuccessfully trying to identify the source, he promptly arranged for us to move to another room.
The hotel provides Byredo toiletries, but note that disposable items like toothbrushes and razors are subject to a fee, as per government regulations (which now apply to all hotels in South Korea). Additionally, no other single-use amenities (such as cotton swabs or shower caps) are provided as the other hotels we stayed at this time.
The mini bar is complimentary (free for use per night). Moreover, our room rate included six hours of access to Cimer, though the front desk staff did not inform us of this—we only found out when we provided our room number at Cimer.

In house ******, means it can afford ti upkeep lots of amenities.

The hotel facilities are amazing, but a bit pricey for being in the middle of nowhere. The room was also not as great as I expected for the price.
Be aware that the indoor pool you get access to is NOT Cimer. It's a separate venue, but you do get a 30% discount there.
The breakfast buffet was also mid considering the price. I enjoyed the Grand Hyatt's a lot more, though the Grand Hyatt was worse in everything else.

We had a memorable stay at Paradise City. The hotel is superb. glad that we are staying at Paradise City during the heavy snowfall as they have everything from food to entertainment all under one roof. My kids love the swimming pool very much. The free shuttle to airport is a plus point too :)

I made a reservation and paid before going on the trip. When I arrived at the hotel that day, they told me that I didn't have a reservation. I was very angry.
