Acabo de llegar a Ica para tomar unos tour's con mi familia y alojarme en este hotel pero me lleve la peor atención, información y recepción de parte del hospedaje. Logré comunicarme con la encargada, la señora kelly y me brindó una información engañosa. Somos un grupo de familia de 8 adultos incluidos 2 niños de 12 y 13 años y 2 menores de 4 y 5 años la cuál me informó que podríamos usar una habitación cuádruple y cuando llegamos una recepcionista extranjera con muy mal gusto para atendernos y sin ganas de ser amable y servicial nos dijo que no podíamos usar dicha habitación cuádruple, haciéndonos perder tiempo en esta ciudad tan amable e acogedora. Por esta información engañosa y a la recepcionista a este hotel no lo recomendaría
