They are considerate of us guests and thoughtful. I told the director that I wanted to dig bamboo shoots with him. The director prepared a basket and shovel for us early. He was worried that we couldn't find it and took us there personally. It was really heartwarming. When we checked out, the lobby lady gave us a gift and helped us take our things to the garage.

It was a good experience to stay in Yubugu for three days and two nights during the off-peak travel before the May Day holiday. The lobby manager Xiao Jiang was warm and thoughtful, and the service was efficient. All the waiters gave a great service experience!
