Great location, nice facilities. No dinner or decent food option in or near the hotel when arriving late. Service is okay, no English. They have a fridge with warm water and drinks and beer. If that's your thing, you'll be in for a treat. Walk out of the hotel and within 5 mins you're in old town. Typical old town in the area, very nice but touristy.

環境非常不錯，離南潯古鎮也非常近。但是很明顯運營水平非常一般，各種服務細節都不太行，比如雖然有很大的浴缸，但是沒有一次性浴缸套；親子房，小朋友的房間沒有閲讀燈和夜燈，衹有照射很強的頂燈；自助早餐真的很沒有食慾，品類非常少。

房間整潔乾淨，淋浴間和衞生間乾濕分離，整個洗漱間面積很大，陽台還可以品茶。服務態度很好，因為帶了孩子入住，送了額外的拖鞋，洗髮水和沐浴露還有水。各個獨立的樓宇都有名字，樓間綠化很好，建築和綠化有江南特色。有自己的停車場，停車方便，步行離古鎮景點很近。離店還送了土特產，滿滿的賓至如歸的感覺。

房間一股黴味味道很大，布草比較破了。酒店外面就是拆遷工地哐哐哐響。建議過來玩的朋友還是去住星級酒店，再打車到古鎮比較好。
唯一好的可能就是酒店外面的環境和免費早餐了。

這是一家對客人非常用心的酒店，因為是別墅型的，房間大，性價比超高。大堂經理小塗是個很好的管家，眼裡有活又貼心，很會為客人着想，所以手下的美眉都很nice。廚師也很用心，南潯的糕點被做成各種各樣小巧精緻的造型，既美味又好吃還可愛，非常適合孩子。停車場很大，就在酒店外面，如果能夠改進鋪設水泥就完美了。離古鎮很近，步行即可。總之，這是一次愉快的入住體驗！

怱忙之中在攜程上選的酒店！一個很大的驚喜！環境、衞生、服務、早餐，無可挑剔！或許是淡季原因，辦理入住時給我升級到奢享大床房，有40多平米！衞生間就有約20平米，超大浴缸（可惜沒時間去享受）！工作人員帶領到房，細節處讓人欣慰，進門就有換鞋橙子，備品中竟然還有清涼油，足見酒店為客人設想得細緻入微！房間環境清悠、衞生，沒摸到一絲灰塵！早餐以中式為主，中式小吃、水果、菜式豐富多樣！一句話：非常滿意！前台服務親切熱情！退房小息片刻，隨即奉上清徹綠茶，讓人不捨離去！總之，在南潯古鎮這樣的酒店將是以後的首選，還要介紹給朋友們！

國慶節帶孩子出遊，3個大人1個小孩，訂了家庭房，房間挺好的，有兩個陽台，衞生間也很大，酒店位置離景區很近，走幾分鐘就到了。整體比較舒服。
