My friend and I had an incredible stay at one of the villas here. Yang, one of the English-speaking staff, was a wonderful host. When we arrived, he made sure the check-in process was a breeze, gave us a tour of the property and even made spa reservations for us. We loved relaxing in the hot springs (there are around 20 pools to chill out in!) which are included in the hotel price and located right on the property. The buffet breakfast was at the Sheraton, which is right beside the villas (this property and the Sheraton have the same owners). The breakfast spread was delicious and included a variety of western and Chinese options. The villa we stayed in was super spacious with comfy beds, living area and kitchen. All in all, we had an awesome weekend here and can't wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. :)

老公選的這家度假酒店真心不錯，特別棒的體驗！
五一期間旅遊的人很多，這附近酒店多一路都挺堵。入住還等了挺久，窗台也有些故障。
但是金牌管家Leo盡職盡責幫我們解決，盡最大努力去協調，工作忙到很晚。後來行李落了一部分也多虧了有他。
還有接待處的王先生，很熱情也很親切，一下就和孩子玩得熟絡起來。
住宿整體很舒適，環境令人心曠神怡，房間設施齊全空間大，有小童用品和遊樂設施，很適合親子游。
自助早餐中西式都有，品種豐富，味道也好。水果品質都不錯，我最喜歡的是烤小土豆，蜂巢也很獨特甜而不膩，排隊最長的居然是咖啡機。
酒店班車很方便，隨叫隨到，孩子睡著了也不怕，叔叔們會幫忙搬送行李。湯泉區的衞生做得挺好，泳圈處的工作人員幫我們充氣。
還很幸運的是，酒店合作的旅拍服務，遇上了很棒的團隊。提前預約的幾個名額有附加服務，有機會可以換裝，化粧小姐姐很耐心。拍攝的黃先生技術很好，風趣幽默很會引導小朋友，特別會抓拍也很有耐心，角度找得很妙，構圖和氛圍感拿捏滿分。選片的先生也沒有刻意推銷，以我們的選擇為主來給建議。辦好入住就預約，可以有更多選擇時間。
很感謝大家的友好，下次還來，非節假日體驗肯定更好！

酒店讓人有些驚喜，錯峯去的，酒店門口冷冷清清，車剛停下禮賓經理Leo就沖了出來，幫忙拿行李辦手續，大包小包全一個人扛，管家式微信次次秒回，所有問題都能及時解決，一點點小問題還很歉意的給予了補償，服務態度絕對五星級了！再説酒店，綠樹葱鬱，綠草豐盈，一棟棟別墅深藏在鳥語花香中，感覺像國外小熱帶的環境了，房間面積還可以，50-60多平米吧，有個巨大的庭院和巨大的泡池，温泉水是14-22點供應，這點吐槽，連住的客人上午就不給泡了？空調製冷很快，噪音不大。水壓不大，中下水平，外賣很方便，前台很快送到房間。早上9點45被吵醒，工人要清洗温泉池換水，不給泡，還不給睡😂，充電要開去旁邊的月亮廣場地下車庫。周邊飯店很多，生態不錯，會推薦父母親戚過去住😆唯一的遺憾停車不是點到點，車少可以停橋下，車多估計要去喜來登的地下停車場了～

別墅很贊，自帶温泉湯～周邊風景很美，還有網紅打卡地～適合家庭出遊，早餐在喜來登，很豐盛，可以讓酒店接泊車送（其實也很近）特別感謝管家Leo，服務熱情周到，有機會還會選擇這裏

下午一點抵達的，獨棟別墅還在打掃中，這邊的前台安排我們喝下午茶的下午茶，泡月亮温泉的泡温泉，有條不紊，服務超貼心，一大家子8個人，給我們貼了床上用品，還免費贈送早餐、温泉，超級棒，管家24小時即時響應，空氣也如此的清新呀，下次還要來，贊👍

五一的出行，就想找一個人不擁擠，又能輕鬆度假的地方。湖州應該是熱門景點，月亮酒店也是打卡之地，如果避開喧鬧，那在這家別墅度假酒店就是不二之選了。帶着長者孩子，需要時聚集在一起，同時又有獨立空間，三卧別墅滿足了我的需求。
1、位置便利，停車方便。去月亮酒店及廣場，我們都是步行，早餐在喜來登，也很方便。
2、房間自帶温泉池和游泳池，因為天氣還不是很熱，游泳池未用，温泉池還是很方便，出玩一天，回來泡泡解乏。別墅綠植很多，前面又有湖，最擔心的就是蟲蚊多。有在院子裏見到，但這也很正常。別墅房間裏打掃的還是很乾凈。
3、管家 Leo 服務很好，微信隨叫隨到，讓我們足不出户解決很多問題，之前看一些點評説叫外賣不方便，但實際我沒有遇到，外賣都會放到前台，管家幫忙拿進來。
4、月亮温泉非户外，在一個玻璃房中，各式各樣的池都有，可能我晚上去，人很少，體驗不錯，中間有一個温水小童區，小朋友玩得不想回去，唯一遺憾我們是最後一天去的，沒來得及帶爸媽體驗下。
5、我們沒有去湖州熱門景點，考慮爸媽不易太累，就去了附近太湖景區和長興大唐貢茶院。錯開了五一人擠人，也算是欣慰～

去年過年來過，今年又帶娃來啦～
這次也是小王管家接待的，真的是熱情服務好又貼心。定酒店以來自認為最好的管家！
這個度假村真得很適合親子入住，來的時候下雨天，沒有出去逛，一整天泡在別墅裏。有私湯有滑滑梯還可以看投影。娃玩的不亦樂乎！第二天去了温泉的水上樂園，總之依舊是很棒的一次旅行～

環境相當不錯，純天然氧吧，感覺就是在山間竹林中泡温泉，私湯的私密性也很好，就行在私家庭院中，周邊有柱子或木板組成的圍牆，安全感滿滿！
