環境非常好，房子空間很大，服務設備很好。
旅行住宿不錯的選擇，距離口岸十幾公里，附近也有吃的便飯，味道還行。

很好！！！很適合商務出差，房間夠大。暖氣也好，就是早餐未開放。建議增加酒店送餐服務，或者開個小賣部，方便飲食

門口加上旅遊團那麼多人和行李堵門口 保安坐裏面安心玩手機 擺設嗎？晚上門口也沒有路燈 本來就偏還得打手機手電筒 價格確實美麗 態度細節確實不咋地 一個胖臉的女前台嘻嘻哈哈 弄錯名字不尊重人 酒店其他的還好 牆皮掉了也行 蟲子滿地爬就離譜了吧 錄下視頻給那個女前台呆呆愣愣 不給處理 要個東西直接給扔枱子上 你是大爺啊

酒店離城市太遠了，在兵團的郊外，一個優點就是安靜，前台死板，一家人出遊訂二房間，安排在二個樓層，講不通，房間衞生太臟、毛巾不乾淨，早餐太差，全是素食，雞蛋一人供一個，9點鐘就開始收拾完了！這哪是四星級酒店！大家千萬當心了！

首先近幾年這是第一次遇到還要付按金的酒店，酒店設施還算不錯，就是位置有些太偏了，從酒店到霍爾果斯城區還有16公里的距離，其次酒店衞生表面看着還算衞生，但是馬桶圈一打開一圈陳年尿漬，應該是保潔長期都沒有掀開馬桶圈清理過，最後最後，本來上述的情況都在忍受範圍內，沒有想要給這個差評，可是今天早上11點不知是旅客還是工作人員，在沒有敲門的情況下直接打開了我們的房門（更好笑的是我們住的房間保險栓還是壞的，前一天想着應該不會被人開門就沒有想着換房間）開門時尚未起床，衣衫不整，後急忙收拾整齊下去退房，反應後得到的回覆是續房打掃衞生的工作人員開的門，但是當時尚未到退房時間，我們也沒有喊清潔服務，工作人員還未敲門直接刷卡進入房間，我本人實在難以接受這個回覆，也不理解一個四星級酒店會在出現如此低級愚蠢的錯誤後衹是不痛不癢的説一句很抱歉是保潔人員的工作失誤再無他話。
