Traveling with a family of children, we originally booked a premium family room, mainly because it has a range hood, washing machine, and refrigerator. However, when we arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the evening, the front desk said that we would be upgraded to a family room with light and shadow. But after moving in, I found that there was no washing machine or refrigerator, and it kept leaking when it rained😓

房間有臭味 可能是下水道裝的有問題。我特別提一點 服務極差 極其差 我通過攜程打電話要前台給開發票 問了我幾月幾號住房 然後查一下幫我開 等了兩天沒理我 後來再發訊息 換了個人接待又給他發了一次我幾月幾號住的 然後又等了兩天 再聯繫就再也不回了 加了微信也不回了。再通過攜程聯繫 打電話也不接了。真的差勁
