A very good experience, the shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport shuttle area. The room and service met our expectations.

Got there and was told I didn’t have a room . Had to stay elsewhere. Then was charged for a nights stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot !!!! I was disappointed in the service.

Perfect location if you are traveling from IAH. The Parking Spot parking lot is right across the street.

The problem was the shuttle from the airport. The hotel didn’t tell us the shuttle was a black van that picked up for all hotels. We were looking for a Sleep Inn shuttle. I talked to the hotel twice after waiting for an hr and both times no mention that the shuttle was s as black van

Loved seeing the puppies at the "doggy daycare" but it was tough to sleep late with all the barking.

Front desk guy was nice and accommodating
Room smelled like a shellfish buffet, absolutely disgusting, furniture was falling apart
Our vehicle hit stolen out if the parking lot
They supposedly did not have access to the security camera
The area is A bad area
Sketchy people hang out in the lobby at night

Stayed one night. Very convenient to airport (IAH) and a nice hotel for the price. I would describe it as an average room; very clean with all basic amenities.
