Nice location, easy access, only about 5 minutes from IAH. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. Staff was exceptionally polite, helpful. And professional. Shuttle driver was great. Two minor things…when I went down to breakfast at about 6:30 the serving area was dark even though food was out. Stayed in room 201, evidently because of a leaking faucet in tub they have cranked the handle so hard to stop the leak that you have to use considerable force to turn the water on. Also, there is no stopper/plug for the tub so your only option is to shower.

I was there as part of a huge wedding nearby, and had to check in ~ 100 family members at once when we arrived on a bus. Celeste really helped us out, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was checked in and our quickly. She also helped us out with breakfast, making sure we were able to eat before heading to the wedding, and got us all checked out in a half hour window so we could catch a bus home. She was incredibly organized and helpful througout!

Was overall good trip, but one big complaint is they have church service on Sundays, and while I don't mind that part, I do mind being right next door room wise to the place when the subwoofer and people screaming wake up my kid. Noone informed us of this before hand and could only say sorry. Also the clerk at front desk js also only person to run the airport shuttle so if he's out and about good luck.

Excellent stay. We stayed one night and the hotel was Excellent. Rooms were clean and ready for early check-in. It's located near the airport so we were prepared for airplane noise all night and to our delight, we didn't hear airplane nor storm that rolled in overnight. Bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Thank you for room control AC. Top it all off with bar/made to order Cafe in the evening and breakfast bar in the morning, remember to keep up with breakfast vouchers they give you at check-in because they will ask for it when you enter the breakfast bar. They serve both hot and cold breakfast with all the amenities. Got up the next morning refreshed, energized and ready for the day. Thank you for the hard working staff and on top of your game management of Holiday Inn Hotels for an Excellent stay.

The last stop before the flight home - with free parking outside the door - very normal - large room - we had just a fucking family right over us - which were quite noisy - then I went up and complained - it was a A lot of children in the room and a cat - but no parents - breakfast 0815 - a lot of waste and plastic packaging.

The first night we found the ice machines did not work, there were no ice cube trays, no hangars, no hanger rail, eight (8) stations that worked on the TV (7 others froze when you tried to watch them), German bugs crawling on the floor, the stove and the walls, no garbage bin, and, worst of all, the freezer did not even work and the fridge was keeping items only lukewarm after we purchased over $100.00 of food at Walmart. The filter on the faucet in the sink was broken so each time we turned it on, it sprayed water all over the vanity. We mentioned all of this to the Staff. We would have left had it not been for HARRY, who was a gentleman throughout our stay in every way he could. The problem was that he was only on duty a couple of nights a week and we were there for 14 days. The next morning we met HAPPY, the manager, who assured us our problems we be addressed starting with the refrigerator. In fact, it took 3 days to replace the refrigerator and by then much of our food was spoiled. However, the new refrigerator and freezer did work perfectly thereafter. For the refrigerator, we have to thank DEERAY, another gentleman who helped in every way he could, including repairing one of the ice machines, except it took until the day before we left for that to occur. When we received a garbage bin, it was filthy and it smelled. LILI assured us she would replace one morning. But we returned that night to find that the old one was still sitting inside the main door. I told her again the next day that she had never replaced it and she assured me, as she took the dirty bin with her, she would have it cleaned and replaced in the room,. In fact, we returned that night to find we had no garbage bin at all! We discovered her the next morning (#3) and she claimed she had no access to our room-though she works there and we later learned that was not true. But she at least finally returned it on the spot, clean, so we finally had a workable garbage bin for the first time in almost a week. When I arrived at the front desk on another day in December, I asked for fresh towels and provided the old ones. (No one ever knocked on our door for room service the entire time we were there so we simply had to help ourselves.) The girls at the desk told us to simply go to the laundry room with the dirty towels and replace them ourselves. When I did so, I find a short, older Mexican lady who let me walk past her as she was on a personal phone call (she spoke only Spanish) and, after I returned the towels and finally found some replacements and was leaving with them, she began screaming her head off in Spanish that I could not take the towels. I explained to her that the girls at the desk had directed me to replace the towels myself, and then she let me take them, adding that I was never to enter the linen room again. I told her that she had let me in while she was on a personal phone call and that room service was nonexistent so what was I supposed to do? She just kept scr

Hotel needs updating with worn carpeting and other wear. There was scrap piece of paper in the room and a dirty hand cloth in the bathroom, so you really wonder how poor of a job they did with the rest of the cleaning. The hotel hall had a smell. The shower was slow to drain. The shuttle bus is shared with several other hotels, but wasn't bad. The bed was acceptable and it's quiet at night. The parking lot lights are incredibly bright and shine toward the hotel, but the shades are good. There is dish TV. Breakfast is decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown patties, apples, oranges, some sugar type cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, french toast, milk and coffee. Typical gym is OK, with 5 lb and 25-50lb dumbbells. Price was cheaper, so you get what you pay for, but I'd likely stay elsewhere if I return to the airport for a night.

It's very nice here. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Although the breakfast has few categories, it still tastes pretty good. The service was also very good, and we arranged a bus to the airport. It's only ten minutes away from the airport, which is very convenient. There is a gas station and restaurant next to it.

The price is great, the front desk staff is friendly and courteous, the location is close to IAH, and there is a pretty water feature out front, but that is where the positive things to say about this hotel ends. The room looked acceptably clean but it didn't pass the clean sock test(put white socks on and after you've walked around some, look to see it they are still white in the bottom), and there was a lot of grout stain in the bathroom, that told me that it wasn't really clean. Also, there were strange noises all night from the walls and ceilings. Not the ”no tell motel” sounds, but odd tin can dropping sounds, water pipe sounds at all hours, and quick thumping like children running around. We heard the sounds a lot because the bed was oddly soft and uncomfortable, and there were not enough pillows. The towels in the bathroom were not much larger than kitchen dishcloths. AND the wifi was spotty. To end on one last positive note: There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good.

I was there as part of a huge wedding nearby, and had to check in ~ 100 family members at once when we arrived on a bus. Celeste really helped us out, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was checked in and our quickly. She also helped us out with breakfast, making sure we were able to eat before heading to the wedding, and got us all checked out in a half hour window so we could catch a bus home. She was incredibly organized and helpful througout!

Nice location, easy access, only about 5 minutes from IAH. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking. Staff was exceptionally polite, helpful. And professional. Shuttle driver was great. Two minor things…when I went down to breakfast at about 6:30 the serving area was dark even though food was out. Stayed in room 201, evidently because of a leaking faucet in tub they have cranked the handle so hard to stop the leak that you have to use considerable force to turn the water on. Also, there is no stopper/plug for the tub so your only option is to shower.

Hotel needs updating with worn carpeting and other wear. There was scrap piece of paper in the room and a dirty hand cloth in the bathroom, so you really wonder how poor of a job they did with the rest of the cleaning. The hotel hall had a smell. The shower was slow to drain. The shuttle bus is shared with several other hotels, but wasn't bad. The bed was acceptable and it's quiet at night. The parking lot lights are incredibly bright and shine toward the hotel, but the shades are good. There is dish TV. Breakfast is decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown patties, apples, oranges, some sugar type cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, french toast, milk and coffee. Typical gym is OK, with 5 lb and 25-50lb dumbbells. Price was cheaper, so you get what you pay for, but I'd likely stay elsewhere if I return to the airport for a night.

The price is great, the front desk staff is friendly and courteous, the location is close to IAH, and there is a pretty water feature out front, but that is where the positive things to say about this hotel ends. The room looked acceptably clean but it didn't pass the clean sock test(put white socks on and after you've walked around some, look to see it they are still white in the bottom), and there was a lot of grout stain in the bathroom, that told me that it wasn't really clean. Also, there were strange noises all night from the walls and ceilings. Not the ”no tell motel” sounds, but odd tin can dropping sounds, water pipe sounds at all hours, and quick thumping like children running around. We heard the sounds a lot because the bed was oddly soft and uncomfortable, and there were not enough pillows. The towels in the bathroom were not much larger than kitchen dishcloths. AND the wifi was spotty. To end on one last positive note: There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good.
