優點：屋子本身空間大，負式。2個衞生間，整體是比較乾淨。房東人也比較平和。缺點：1.衞浴是浴缸、花灑掛賊高。使用特別不方便。2.洗臉盆沒有熱水。水嘎嘎涼。3.最最討厭的是這把門鎖！之前老闆就囑咐我咋用，學完了沒想到是真不好使！鑰匙拔不出來，讓房東又過來弄半天。真心建議換把鎖麻煩死了！4.床單有套灰色的看着顯臟。5.屋裡衹能睡最多6個人，床硬。
