The room hygiene needs to be improved, but the service during the stay is still OK.

The room was very dirty, the sink was full of dirt, there was a big lump of hair on the floor, and there was dust on the table. Changing rooms didn't make it much better. (The picture is of the second room.) In the newly renovated hotel, there is a strong smell of formaldehyde in the corridor, and the smell is also present in the room. There is a school downstairs and it is very noisy in the morning.

太棒啦！！！本來因為得單獨出來住酒店很害怕的，但是昨晚體驗很好，很安全的一家酒店～～～以前很喜歡住如家商旅，但是發現惠州沒有，就訂了這家！空調開不了羅阿姨及時來幫俺看，希望羅阿姨天天開心🥳羅阿姨打掃得很乾凈～～～

這家酒店衞生超級乾淨，房間很整齊，環境也超好，尤其是前台經理服務很好也很專業，服務也很到位！早餐吃起來很舒服，很美味！位置也很好，決定下次旅行，還要定他家👍

酒店前台服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，酒店內還有免費洗衣機。位置優越交通也很便利，紅花湖離的也很近，旁邊有超市，買東西也很方便，總而言之入住體驗很好，去哪也方便，推薦入住！很不錯的選擇。

價格很合適，房間的枕頭很舒服，衞生環境也不錯，基本都是一次性用具，前台服務也很好，延遲退房也很好地處理了
