1，房間的空調出風口正對着床頭，無論怎麼調整角度都一樣，開風速做小都是一陣風對着頭吹，半夜吹得受不了，頭疼，打電話到前台叫服務人員上來處理，服務員上來也是處理不了。後來説下去聯繫工程部的同事處理，後來又上來和工程部的同事視頻通話也處理不了，工程部説要第二天上班才能處理，然後服務員説看看有沒有別的房間可以換，之後通知我門説有同樣的房型可以換，但是需要我們加錢！！！我們真的無語了，酒店的自身問題居然要客户加錢處理，住酒店這麼多次首次遇到這麼奇葩的服務…最終我們衹能把枕頭拿到床尾，調轉角度，要知道弄了這麼久那時已經是半夜兩點多了。2，因為前一天睡覺前沒有把被子翻過來檢查，等第二天起來才發現那個被子原來這麼臟的，我們都想吐了，詳見圖片，可能圖片無法清晰還原它的臟，但是確實是臟。這酒店在當地已經算是最貴的一兩家，沒想到是這種設施，這種服務，這種衞生。差評.差評.差評

出差到惠來，入住的當地比較好的一家酒店。所處地段不太好，周邊都是農民房，但酒店不錯，大廳的裝修風格挺不錯，還有配套的足浴店，酒吧，附近還有炒菜吃，不用吃預製菜。免費升級了房間，那個記憶枕睡着特別舒服，還可以購買。
