I entered the room smoothly and found the customer service to locate it. This hotel is very new and the room facilities are better. This quality is worth the price, and the sea view is also very beautiful. I didn’t see a place for dinner and asked the customer service. I found a good place. It seemed that I couldn’t walk. So I ordered a takeaway. I sat on the balcony and ate with the sea view. I was in a good mood. The food was average, but the food in the scenic spot didn't have much expectations. After sunset, I took the baby to the beach to play. The family was very satisfied and felt the rare comfort and relaxation.

The health service staff only took care of it for one day, and no one took care of it the next day. The water heater was not bad. The air conditioner is very new, the overall accommodation experience is poor, and the service is not in place. From check-in to departure, I haven't seen customer service. Is it the latest service mode? Miss customer service added WeChat, she loves to answer, she doesn't answer the phone, and WeChat doesn't like to reply, two days is 2000 yuan, I don't know the good point, at least I will come again next time, I won't choose to watch the sea dolphins! ! !

Far from the main road, far from the beach, there is only a small fee-based water park nearby. Not recommended to go

我是平時去玩的，人不會很多，關鍵價格還很便宜，酒店很不錯，房間比較新，佈置的挺漂亮的，隨便拍照都是靚照，大大的陽台一眼望去全部是海景，美美美，辦入住就在住的一樓，很方便，玩了水上樂園還有沙灘，沙灘是免費的，水上樂園是在酒店買的票很，比我在景區問的售票處便宜一半以上，所以定他們家還是住是具划算[愉快]

酒店很新，停車方便，入住也很快，房間環境很乾凈整潔，採光好，還有個大大的海景陽台，陽台上還有個弔籃，拍照美美的，客服的服務態度很好，窗簾也很遮光，一覺睡到十點多起床，床品很舒服，總體物超所值，景區漂亮，人不會太多，沙灘是私人沙灘不會太多人，打卡拍照的好地方，還有有水上樂園玩，孩子可開心了，定這個酒店的水上樂園票比景區便宜的多，划算，是一次非常滿意的體驗。

房間很乾凈，床好大好舒服，陽台風很大，這就是我想要的海景房，這個景區人不是很多，有點歐洲風的感覺，拍照打卡都很美，在陽台上感受慢生活是很不錯的選擇，推薦

每個月都會來東部灣，這次特意選擇了這家酒店，價格稍貴，但視野還不錯，不過實話實説，整體感覺實在糟糕。晚上六點多到房間，堵了一路，本想看個電影放鬆下，結果網絡機頂盒連不上網，聯繫客服，客服微信在線告知這樣試那樣試搞了兩個小時都沒用，從頭到尾沒有一個工作人員露面，最後甩鍋到電信公司，説第二天才能有人來修，搞得休假的心情也沒了（結果我第二天12點退房都沒見人影，不過這個小區的電信公司確實很爛，而且是壟斷的，物業不知道拿了多少好處）。 最後話説回來，我不得不懷疑這個房間網絡本來就是斷的，因為現在大家住酒店很少看電視，手機流量和網速又夠用，對無線網沒有以前依賴，而且合正這幾年遊客量也不大，酒店能矇混就矇混過去了。

房是挺新的，就是設計師可能能跟業主有仇，做了一個反人類的設計。洗手間馬桶對着床頭。洗澡沒地方掛東西，開放式的洗手間和淋浴間。小區環境很好，安靜乾淨，其他設施都是挺好的。就是房間設計問題，沒有洗衣機，自由浴巾毛巾。
