A very lovely place for people who seek quiet environment. Very nice and helpful staff who assists you even before you arrive. I was a bit disappointed by the restaurant though. The food was delicious indeed but the variety leaves much to be desired. Transfer service from and to the train station or airport would also be a nice addition to a place that really resembles a 5-star hotel.

Find the staff named 小龙, he took care of me and my friends, matter of fact the entire staff are friendly and kind, the hotel is too beautiful and worth the price , the view is too beautiful, I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, have fun ❤️

五星酒店居然有這麼大一個蟑螂！
超級大無敵大！！
我老婆去洗澡看到都快被嚇哭！
這是一個五星酒店？招待所衞生都比你做得好吧😃最可笑的是酒店經理解決問題的態度，高傲得一批，在離店的時候遇到説要和我商量，無非是房價打折，遇到這種情況，我要求打6折，這不過分吧？經理態度高傲得一批，沒談攏，我也不想再浪費口舌，我説就不説了，他帶着情緒直接就騎一個小電驢走了？！！這是你要解決問題的態度？？？走了後沒過幾分鐘在我開車時候一直給我打電話説可以六折，（os：呵呵？你在幹嘛去了？）我也不想難為他了，算了，我説好的我就叫他把錢打過來吧，這時候有趣的事情就開始了———他要求！要求！要求！我先在攜程上先！好！評！才給房價打折以及退房費按金1000元！？什麼？你這不是赤裸裸的威脅嘛？你教我做事？而且當時電話已經明確給他説了，你錢打過來，我不會去評價，他不行必須要好評後才打錢，OK！這我脾氣一下就上來了！我不評價都已經很仁至義盡了還要我去好評？好評了才給退錢？我是有kpi？我需要完成你的任務？你給我發工資？您沒事兒吧？
聯繫攜程平台單方面解決問題後，還不依不饒發短訊來道德綁架？大哥你以為你是誰啊？我難為你了嘛？不應該是你這業務水平還得你們團隊被罵嗎？還要道德綁架到我的身上？還有你在發一條短訊給我，我馬上聯繫平台騷擾！
酒店設施陳舊，佈局混亂。門板牆面各種斑駁，沙發那種膩膩的感覺，洗漱區在樓下，説100多平，最多也就30-40平，一個上下層，空間設計極其混亂，窗户密封性差，一晚上都有海風吹進來的嘯叫，空調也沒辦法開，開着就有異響，一晚上都沒睡着，然後！床單下面！這裏化重點，床單下面有粗沙子！直接把我膈淤青了！床品也很一般！
一定要説一點優點的就是，房間服務人員還不錯，有什麼需求反應速度挺快，這可能就是最大的優點了吧
總之是一次很糟糕的體驗！也請大家選擇的時候慎重！！關鍵是還不出片！dddd
但凡態度好一點誠懇一點都不會的有這條差評！！

客房整潔乾淨，就在海邊，每天有送水果，早餐，下午茶到房間，非常體貼，房間裏的除濕器給好評，每天好多水抽出來，房間就有一個温水泡池小孩子們很喜歡，全五星好評

去惠州下了幾天雨 好在定了這個酒店 可以在房間暢遊父母出行 長者家非常開心 一家人都很興奮
對孕婦還有特殊照顧 很貼心
房間很大很舒服 佈局非常精心 可以稱得上上的了枱麪的精品酒店！
