給的房間洗手間泡水很深的，換了房是沒網絡的，網絡是欠費停機，90度的水是温水更不要説是45度了，我還以為是我自己不會操作，叫了服務員來還是一樣的温度，簡直是超值差

酒店外觀挺高大尚，在那邊也算挺高的，進去要通過小巷道，樓下有停車場，小公園和一些健身器材，有個小湖，外觀環境還算不錯。內部環境算是一般，特別洗手間相對較差，房間的水池，水衹有45和90度的水，需要提前時間放水和放涼。長者小孩都得非常小心！！送的早餐門票，早餐沒什麼吃，簡簡單單幾樣品種。沒什麼好話，唯獨比較高興是行程訂了兩個房，剛好門口就有一個大的休閑平台，可以喝喝茶吹吹水打打牌，互不影響裡外活動

套房環境一般般，設施很多壞的，搞的體驗很差，房間吹風機壞的，房間門也壞了，鎖不上，房間花灑衹出熱水，不出冷水，搞的燙**，完全洗不了，泡完温泉才發現，搞的冷了好久，大半夜房間廁所反味，應該是下水道反味，搞的房間臭哄哄的，跟酒店反饋後衹拿了空氣清新噴霧噴了下才沒那麼臭。客廳電視機也開不了，叫人來弄了才可以看，各種問題搞的體驗感很不好。

房間衞生很差有蟑螂，螞蟻，還有一股説不出的腥臭味，床單被套全部潮潮的，睡起來很不舒服。

酒店周圍空氣是真好，環境清靜，温泉水也不錯，泡的很舒服，就是酒店衞生不太行，洗手間好臭，關着玻璃門都聞的到，床一股黴味！

衞生不錯，服務員也很熱情，但是這次度假體驗感很差，19年開業的酒店設施很老舊沒有維護，最主要是硫磺泉沒有硫磺味，水也不滑，不像温泉水，而且水還不熱，泡了個寂寞。
