Extremely pleased with the courteous and efficient service of Miguel and Alberto at the reception desk and Ricardo at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern. Mature crowed at the hotel bar nightly. Restaurant has a very good and inexpensive daily special.

Ein tolles Haus mit grossem Zimmer und gutem Frühstück. Das alte Kloster ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend und man ist überwältigt. Das Essen war gut und schmackhaft Leider gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheiten ausserhalb der Restaurants und Raucher sind irgendwo weit weg verbannt zum stehen. Die grossen Zimmer sind recht weit weg von Rezeption und vom Restaurant; leider wurde man da nicht vorab drauf hingewiesen, sodass man das ganze Gepäck wieder zum Fahrzeug zurückbringen musste. Das Restaurant ähnelt leider eher einer grossen Kantine und vermittelt auch dank der wuseldenden, hektischen Kellner eine sehr geschäftige Atmosphäre und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness to the decor. The staff was wonderful as well. They comped us free parking, didn’t charge for a roll in bed when my 3rd son stayed with us, and didn’t take a deposit for pool towels. Truth be told, we were staying 2 weeks. They sent us two bottles of delicious wine when we arrived, so first impressions were awesome. There was a heat wave, so ac was struggling to keep our room cool, but that’s not their fault. Our room keys kept deactivating and they were always replacing them until I learned that I couldn’t keep it by my cell phone. That was totally my fault. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo a pie, se aparca muy bien tanto en zona azul como gratis a dos calles del hotel, el personal es muy amable. Destaco el desayuno, es un 10, en variedad y calidad, sándwich mixtos, churros, tortilla de patata, beicon, panes zumo, torrijas, bollería, etc. Hay spa, buen restaurante. Sin embargo tengo sugerencias para mejorar, pedí habitación 2 dos camas y fue con 1 y, aunque es sea sujeto a disponibilidad, hice mi reserva con bastante antelación para que no sucediera. La cama estaba bien pero ya no estamos acostumbrados a que cuando uno se mueva el otro bote. En el baño no hay balda para colocar enseres de aseo ni perchero de toallas, una vez las usas las tienes que colgar en la mampara. No hay dosificador de jabón en el lavabo. La persona que limpiaba la habitación colocaba las toallas dobladas encima de nuestra maleta, detalle un poco raro y poco higiénico. Al menos que las colocara en la cama (tampoco es lugar porque debe ser en el baño y no en la habitación) pero en ningún caso encima de la maleta

Hemos estado muchas veces en Benasque y siempre nos fijabamos en este hotel a la entrada del pueblo! Ahora que hemos venido a esquiar una semana a traves de Esquiades.com al verlo entre las opciones nos decidimos por el! La acogida por parte del staff de 10! El menu perfecto, pero si quieres otras opciones, sin dudarlo! Todo rco y de muy buena calidad! Y las habitaciones perfectas para descansar tras unas jornadas esquiando o en verano subiendo montes! Sin lugar a dudas que repetiremos!

Jordi Made our stay really wonderful. We were close to 50 family members getting together for Christmas and it’s not easy to accommodate such big group of people. We had a lovely Christmas and felt right at home. We definitely talked about coming back next year!!! Muy muy recomendable TODO, el hotel, el director JORDI que nos trató de lujo, el enclave, el pueblo, disfrutamos MUCHÍSIMO. Volvemos sin duda alguna!! GRACIAS por todo ❤️

We stayed 2 nights on bed and breakfast. We paid the regular price directly to the hotel. We chose it as it had a lovely looking restaurant, with an additional terrace and bar.. The good - well appointed shower room, very clean, very good breakfast, position, has underground car park ( 10€ /day) The not so good - the room we had was tiny. Beware as our ‘ comfort double’ was so small you can hardly walk around the bed. This certainly was not ‘comfort’. The hotel offered to move us to a larger, higher category room but we had to pay over 50€ extra, we declined. The 180cm bed was much too large for the room. Our friends had a bigger ‘ comfort’ room, still not very generous, but with a large 200cm bed. Our other main complaint was the bar, terrace and restaurant were all closed during our stay, only reopening the day we left. The hotel had written to us to advise of the exceptional restaurant closure but the same email assured us the the terrace ( for food and drinks) and bar would be open. Had we known everything was closed we would not have stayed here, or we would have chosen alternative dates as being with friends public areas were important to us especially as the rooms were too small to meet in. I would not recommend staying in a ‘comfort’ / standard double rooms as some are too small.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the reception staff and told our room had been upgraded... a lovely surprise, and a gorgeous room. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good.... but dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious. The waiting staff were excellent, even when they were busy with an event that was taking place at the same time. It was also good to be informed that there was an event taking place, and it could have been noisy. However we still chose to eat in the restaurant and it was no problem at all. Such a difference from a previous holiday where normal hotel guests weren't able to use the restaurant when events took place, and we were never nformed how noisy it would be in the area we were moved to. Thank you Hotel Villa Virginia for a lovely stay. We will definitely recommend your hotel.
