1.管家很親切，對於飯店的介紹非常詳盡，也會推薦附近景點及餐廳
2.環境很乾淨，一進入房間就聞到很舒服又天然的香氣，戶外雖然小黑蚊多，但也代表著是位於很自然的景觀區內
3.只要入住都有小熊入住禮，還有提供早餐跟下午茶，腳踏車也是免費騎乘，而且還可以免費參觀雲山水裡的景點

很棒的民宿生活機能還不錯，莊園的配備也很棒唯一的缺點是離市區有點遠，居莊園的早餐很不錯一人一份 房間裡的設施也很棒，還有獨立的泡湯池

看評論很多人都有提到小黑蚊問題，可能是因為我們是冬天入住的關係，雖然事先準備了防蚊液但是並沒有使用到，腳踏車可以免費租借，我們的房型電視在客廳，臥室沒辦法看電視有點可惜，整體環境是乾淨的,泡湯時可以搭配湖景是個不錯的體驗
