前台那是什麼態度，愛搭不理的，顧客是上帝沒聽説過這句話麼，即使你不把我們當成上帝，我問了一下是不是明天中午十二點之前退房，那竟然瞅了一眼，氣也沒出一聲，*****，真不爽，還有客房服務那個***，難道都是啞巴嗎？讓過去把電視打開 ，過去看了一下，話也沒説直接走了，我也真的是無語。

酒店位置好，緊鄰市政府，環境不錯，房間挺乾淨，硬件設施相對還行，屬於老的四星級酒店，不足之處就是春節期間沒有早餐

乾淨舒適，晚上夜景和煙花好漂亮，停車方便！
唯一不滿意的就是衞生間分割後馬桶這邊太窄，感覺不舒服。

房間很好，是新裝修過的，衞生條件好，不含早餐但是早上給送了簡餐。晚上還有工作人員給放煙花。意外驚喜。

硬件還是不錯的，但服務很差，首先在訂單裏顯示有早餐，結果到店後説沒有，大過年的開車在外面轉悠半個多小時才找到一家開門的早餐店。其次服務員約等於沒有服務，因為房間有問題，給客房服務部打了好幾次電話，回回答應得很好，但等不來處理結果，再打過去，同一個服務員接聽的，卻像失憶了一樣不記得該處理的問題。第二天果斷退房換了酒店

出乎意料的滿意。酒店的廣場，門廳，大廳都非常闊氣，五星級標準。整體服務態度也很好，房間簡單舒適，衞生條件夠，早餐也不錯，非常滿意。
