來自一個一夜沒睡顧客的真實感受，凌晨五點滿是氣憤的寫下這個小作文。在這個白天可以穿短袖的季節，空調衹有暖風，我實在不理解，我去找服務員，她説中央空調這個季節衹能有暖風，我分別在凌晨1點兩點還有清晨四點拍了照片附上，都是近30℃，很好的體現了酒店的保暖，我熱的一夜沒睡，身上一直黏糊糊的！服務員讓我打自然風，依舊附上視頻，比廚房抽風機都響！而且依舊是接近30℃的暖風，吹的更熱了，而且是燥熱！還有房間的設計，居然床頭對着門口（附圖），我不明白現在還有這樣的設計，私密性不説了，如果有人開錯門，床上的景色一覽無餘。還有凌晨一點之後，可能是隔壁足浴店的人過來，喊叫聲，摔門聲，似乎生怕別人不知道他們來了。可能是我山豬品不了細糠，第一次住海貝，給我留下了深刻的印象。顧客多花錢選擇好一點的酒店，就是為了好好休息，但是結果卻是一夜未眠。差評一星衹是設定的極限，而不是我憤怒的極限！

這次訂的無窗的，估計是沒有無窗的房間。直接安排的有窗的。前台你也跟我説下啊，我也感謝下你們。也沒人支聲。但是不足的地方，這個有窗的房間很小，衞生間，浴室，包括房間整體。都很小，還沒有我之前訂的無窗的大。衞生方面，床上用品還需要加強，放牙刷的那個盒子上面都是水漬。
