我要投訴這間酒店的櫃台人員滿口謊言，大話連篇。當時我在12月7日下午6點左右登記入住，請求幫助兩間客房要連通，中間有道門那款，櫃台人員查電腦後，發現有兩間連通房，然後她向後面那位主任級女士請求批准，可是這位女士堅持不給、堅持說所有連通房間都客滿！我們不斷提供有傷殘證明，希望可獲連通房方便互相照顧，我們亦說明可付更多的錢去買你們的連通房或換房型也可，但她們強調堅持所有客房已滿，未能做到兩間房連通，所以一間房在804，另一間在802，還相隔80米距離。
在晚上9點左右，我再向櫃台請求如果明天8號有人退房，有連通房是空缺，可否幫我們轉換房，但那位男職員同樣地說今天和明天都是房滿，未能安排。
第二天12月8日中午12:30左右，我再向櫃台人員(新一位小姐)查詢有沒有連通房空缺，可否幫我們轉，她很體諒我們一家，她樂意幫我們轉去10樓的連通房，即時給兩間房間的門卡給我，我要讚揚這位早午更的櫃台小姐是誠實友善！
令我很氣憤、令我要投訴的是：在10樓這兩間連通房，在12月7日是沒有人入住的，寧願空缺都不給我們！你們是什麼心理呢？ 這間酒店一定不是親子、關愛、無障礙的國際大酒店！
第一天check in ，你們堅持說房滿了和這數天的所有連通房都是有人在，所以不能給我們換；在第一個晚上知道未能連通一起照顧，我們都很失落，沒辦法吧！但在第二天中午竟然讓我知道你們是故意不給我們連通房，寧願空缺，都不給人，我真的很嬲，你們全是謊言！我會在各個social media投訴你們酒店處理手法。
安捷比你們人性化得多，對我們很照顧。我們經常來新竹，我們有親人住竹北，有生意在竹北，我們是經常來這城巿。竹北人是很友善熱心，但你們酒店的櫃台服務員真的不可理解，很奇葩。
可以讚的地方是房間舒服的，保養差(地面有很多清除不走的污積)但乾淨的；浴室花灑水壓很強力，我很滿意的。
8樓和10樓的房務員和早餐的服務員均是勤力,友善,有禮貌。
