We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Ease hotel was in a very good location in HK. Walking distance to the MTR station. Check in was fast and smooth. The counter staff was kind enough to give me an upgrade to Seaview room upon request. In room WIFI was OK. Room was small, clean and no bad odor upon entering. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the bedsheet was really clean. 2 pillows and a small cushion was provided for each twin bed. The room aircon was not noisy as some reviews had mentioned. The 2 service lifts were fast. Room card was required to access to each lift level which provide good security. However, there were 2 flaws. Firstly, the housekeeping was done very early ard 8 to 9am. The auntie knock on our door when me and my mum was still sleeping then. This is the first hotel that I stayed where housekeeping start so early. Usually should be done in the late morning or early afternoon when nobody is in the room already. Secondly, the toilet basin was too small and not user friendly. Luggage storage was before 11.59pm on the day when you check out. We collected ours ard 10pm and the uncle from the hotel is very friendly. To conclude, I will still consider to stay in this hotel next time if coming back to HK. As it's still worth the price and quality if based on location. Unless you are someone who is bothered by the room size.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. November 2023 Under construction It's noisy day and night. Not recommended Work on the exterior walls started at 9 a.m. with a bang. Interior work was done on the upper floor from midnight until morning. There were noises all night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was hard. The toilet and shower are together. To use the toilet, you can collect water in the tank and flush it yourself. You can borrow one bath towel by asking the staff. There are no tissues With the weak yen, it costs just under 10,000 yen per night. I felt that prices were high in Hong Kong. The location is good. 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok station. It takes less than an hour from the airport by bus on A21.

The staff is very helpful, there is self check in for those who arrive after 11pm. The rooms are clean and the bunk beds have curtains which provides some privacy. The windows were surprisingly big for HK with a decent view. The amenities hall is pretty spacious and nice and the location is just perfect, 5min from the MTR and the night market. Overall, it was a good experience.
