First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

2nd time at Sheraton, we were here last December and came back for the CNY celebration. Again.. it was fantastic stay. Breakfast was great and staff were nice and helpful. We love the location as it’s very convenient to access anywhere we like. MRT stations are nearby within walking distance. Cleanliness - just average. Service- concierge service is good and friendly. We would like to voice out our concern regarding noise pollution during night time. It was nearly 11pm which was supposed to be rest time for next morning’s work. Upstairs they were dragging tables and chairs non stop and we were told by the manager that the upstairs ballroom had just finished an event and they’re doing cleaning. What a ridiculous answer! Even funnier was that the manager said to go back to him if we were still hearing the noise after 20 min ie about 11:30pm. We couldn’t sleep till even after 12 midnight as the noise was still going on! We were so disappointed as we didn’t expect a 5 star hotel could have such bad service, not even a word of apology!

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

It was wonderful! We received a welcoming voucher of one drink at the Cafe per person. We enjoyed the breakfast, as the menu has a range of fresh vegetables and delicious croissants and dessert. The location was a perfect thing I really value high. We could walk to watch the symphony of lights in the evening, took a light walk to Heritage 1881, busy Tsim Sha tsui and Jenny bakery! The hotel is little bit old but I would definitely recommend it. They offered us with an upgrade room with harbor view.

Our quarantine has been such an easy and breezy stay. Thank you to the team at Prince Hotel during the late night arrival on Saturday who assisted my check in and explained all the details requirements during Q stay professionally. My luggages were whisked away immediately by the staff to our room without delay. The harbour view room is very clean, spacious and well appointed. The deco and furniture made the whole ambience warmth and relaxing. The meals we received were so delicious and yummy. Kudos to the culinary team. We are also spoiled by selection of Nespresso Coffee and Tea Selection. Requests are promptly attended by Prince Hotel team via Whatapps and items were delivered in timely manner. The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! This location is convenient for traveling, K11 is nearby, and the Mirador Building is across the road, which is convenient for buying ”Jenny Cookies”. I will stay here next time!

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. A decent hotel in an amazing location. About a 3 to 5 minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and a 3 minute walk to the AirPort Express bus (Kowloon Park Drive Stop). You can tell that the hotel has been renovated however, it is clean and a decent size. The location is very good on Ashley Street where the hotel is located there’s lots of bars and restaurants to choose and a 7/11 right outside. It’s also very close to Nathan Road one of the main streets of Kowloon where you can walk to other districts within 30 minutes. A great stay!
