My recent stay at EAST Hong Kong was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities. Here are some highlights that made my experience memorable: 1. Friendly Concierge: From the moment I arrived, the concierge team was welcoming and helpful. Their warmth set the tone for a great stay. 2. Exceptional Service at the Rooftop Bar: I had a reservation at the rooftop bar for 9:15 pm and needed to store a cake earlier in the day. The concierge safely stored it at noon and ensured it was delivered to me at the bar right on time. This thoughtful service was much appreciated. 3. Comfortable Amenities: The slippers and bathrobe provided were of great quality – comfortable and plush, adding a touch of luxury to my relaxation time. 4. Well-Equipped Gym and Pool: The gym was well-maintained with a variety of equipment to cater to different workouts. The pool area was a serene spot to unwind, with a nice ambiance that invited relaxation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and comfortable experience in Hong Kong.

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

All the staff including Front Desk, Housekeeper and Concierge are very helpful. l particularly impressed by the Concierge staff named Chris who were always friendly. Its twin room is spacious enough but l would suggest to have more ‘ hangers ‘ and sharper disposable razer. Lots of restaurants nearby and all sorts of transportation vehicles are available. l rate this hotel 8 out of 10. You will not be disappointed

Location is my number one concern when I decide to choose Youth Loft for my stay in HK. I don't need to bother taking expensive taxi from airport to hotel for check in and vice versa when I need to travel to airport on my departure day. Excellent location and I think this is the main merit compared to most other features. The room is standard and basically clean and tidy. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly.
