What a terrible experience booking on this "hotel". Actual room is different from the pictures posted. Small and very dirty, glass door of the CR is broken and not working well. When we turned off the lights, a lot of small cockroaches came out and had a difficulty sleeping because of this. Owner is a bit rude and not accommodating. Requested for a refund because of this experience but rejected our request and said that we should call a police instead if we are not satisfied. Ended up booking for another accommodation in the same building. Same price but very different from this one.

Front desk service is not so warm. The room is a bit small and bathroom very small.

Is not a motel or hotel but a service apartment -forget about this place if you wish a bit of comfort

Noisy fan, bright hallway light, cockroaches, not fresh towels…

Service was good . Staffs were vey considerate and kind Location is so accessible to everything , transportation and shopping- just improve little bit cleanliness of the room specially the toilet . All in all it was a nice stay 👍

The location to shopping and subways is great. The location of my room was horrible! I was placed behind the counter, so I heard lots of noise. (Not as bad as The Prince Guest House.) You'll hear lots of customers complaining because there's not always a worker behind the counter. I think that there was a phone number or a sign, but a lot of customers didn't see it / couldn't read it. Out of the three guest houses that I stayed in, this one had the nicest-looking bathroom, and the worker who helped me out was nice enough. She couldn't speak a lick of English, but there's always Google Translate. It would be better if Google Translate actually had Cantonese, but I'm complaining in the wrong place for that.

The room is too small for two person and it look like not a hotel its just like a lodging house. Which some other occupant living there. It looks nice in the photo but sad to say its not satisfying

Convenient location, the building in which the guesthouse situated is on Nathan Road, accessible to different shopping malls, restaurants and domestics necessities.

hostel is very convinient its nice the room is fair enough but the toilet is bit dirty..service is ok easy to find the room too not same with other hostel that u need to go in different floor to find which room is available.. and price is very cheap ...

It was very memorable. The experience going to Hong Kong was great. Although going to the hotel for the first time is difficult to find but as the day pass, you can find their transportation easy very accessible and you will notice that the hotel is very easy to go.

Location is okay. Room was very small. It was like playing chess, because Only one person can move at a Time. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel then it is a place to sleep.

Good location, staff friendly, room small but still providing enough furniture & floor space to put own stuff. Wellcome supermarket & MAC just not far. I easily got cheap big bottled water for my overnight stay.

Within easy walking distance to Mong Kok MTR station, lots of shopping possibilities, restaurants and all major banks around Clean, sufficient and working WiFi, one can not ask for a simple stay Easy to get around, helpful front desk staff and I would come again for a short stay
