Pet-friendly Hotels in Hokuto

The hotel is very classic japanese hotel, they provide very good service, the room was feels bit old but very comfortable. I booked for japanese style room, they put me on the second floor. Room was very neat and clean. Second floor is in same room as their japanese spa. They have very nice family onsen. In door and outdoor. Very convenient. They let you use their kimono to walk around the hotel which not all hotel allow it. Very convenient You can see fuji mountain as scenery but the trip from level 5 fuji to this hotel took about 2 hours by private bus. So it’s quite a trip if you coming all the way from fuji mountain to here. I had dinner and breakfast, they have farious kind of food but it was just ok. This hotel is recommended if you want to pampered yourself. Choose the Japanese style room, they use tatami and cute japanese stuff. It’s well recommended

The rooms are also standard and wide 々, with a magnificent mountain 々 view from the window. The room also had a plate that could tell the names of each mountain from the window. Also, there were starry sky observation meetings and live piano performances at night. I felt contrived to enjoy my stay at the hotel. The silhouette of Mt. Fuji in the morning was also great. The customer layer was also 々 with children, but it was the impression that it was quiet and calm as a whole, such as a mature couple and an elderly female group. The bath also had an open-air bath and an inner bath of boiling water, and the outside was about minus 9 degrees, but it was comfortable to get hot water. However, when I went to the first place in the morning, the stone floor was very cold, the shower was not warm easily, and it was almost frozen. By that time, I was saved by hot water. At night, you can see the stars of the sky from the open-air bath. In addition, you can use various amenities such as face packs, hot cleaning, charcoal pigment, peeling gel at the washroom. There was also a sauna, but it was prohibited from using it due to the influence of corona. The meal was also seen in word of mouth, and both dinner and breakfast were Japanese, but it was an impression that it was not possible or not. Still, there seemed to be no other shops open around the station and the hotel, so I think it would be better to stay with meals. The staff 々 was good for everyone. The infection countermeasure was also firm. How do you think about the location afterwards? It is good for a car, but the number of trains (Kokai line) is very small, and one escape and the next is 2 hours later. I think that the hurdle of revisiting is high.

Food was very good all around. The casual burger joint and Italian eatery located in the retail promenade were both excellent and reasonably priced, and the kid-friendly fine dining at Otto Sette restaurant was a real treat with a delightful course menu to boot. Breakfast buffet featured a good variety of Western and Japanese items including a waffles topping station complete with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate/caramel/strawberry sauces, chopped almonds/pistachios/strawberries - perfect in my book. The kids activities are the star here - our young ones thoroughly enjoyed the ropes course/zip line, climbing wall, wave pool and water play area which all catered to kids big and small with differing levels of difficulty. One note: do not wear anything not easily washable for the zip line, participants will tumble at speed into a pile of wood chips at least once. Hotel overall and our “residence-style” room were all Western style. Probably explains the relative under-investment in the onsen experience and the relative over-investment in Halloween festivities including decking out the retail promenade with photo-friendly decorations and a brief nightly “meet the monster” show.

The export couple is very warm and welcoming, the wife's cooking is very good, the taste is also good, the air scenery in the clear is super super super, completely relaxing place, I hope to go back to vacation often.
