Rakuten STAY VILLA Yatsugatake

The property was new and clean, which our kids absolutely loved. It was also well-stocked with a wide range of amenities. We did notice a lingering BBQ smell in the dining area from the previous guests, but thankfully, the dining and living spaces could be partitioned off, so it wasn't much of an issue for us. The beds were spacious, and the air conditioning was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed trying out some unique products that we don't have at home. We'd definitely like to stay here again.

The facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check-in experience was handled politely and was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the property was absolutely superb! It was fully equipped with appliances, and they've truly thought of every little detail. If you bring your own ingredients and seasonings, your family can enjoy fantastic meals together. We even had yakiniku right at the table, and it was reassuring to have proper lighting and ventilation. The bedding was also top-notch; it felt just like staying in a hotel suite. While the location isn't its strongest selling point, if you have a car, there are hot springs and Michi-no-Eki (roadside stations) nearby, and you can take in some truly wonderful scenery.

Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient using the dedicated tablet. The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time with our family in a fun-filled room with a telescope, a planetarium in the bedroom, and a projector. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from RISONARE. There is parking for two cars, making it ideal for traveling by car.
