급하게 이동하면서 들른 원주
시내 한복판에서 오아시스 같은 호텔을 찾게 되어 너무 반가웠습니다. ㅎㅎ
직원분들 친절하고, 깨끗하고....
주변이 유흥가 라서 시끄럽고 네온사인 때문에 피곤할줄 알았는데..... 전혀 그런거 없이 편안히 쉬다 왔습니다.

음... 원주 숙박여행을 처음이라서 여러곳을 비교한 끝에 이곳으로 결정했습니다. 서비스 영역에서 3점으로 평가한 이유는 예약시에 고층&조용한 방으로 배정요청을 드린바있습니다. 체크인은 5시쯤 진행했고, 5층으로 배정 받았습니다. 고층으로 요청한 바 있어서 더 높은 층은 없는지 여쭤보니, 먼저 온 고객들에게 방을 배정해서 가장 높은 층이 5층이라고 하시더라구요; 그래서 트립닷컴으로 예약할때 고층으로 요청드렸다고 말씀드리니 처음에는 따로 기재되어있지 않다고 하셨다가, 더 자세히 보시더니 기재되어있는데 놓쳤다고 하시더라구요;;; 죄송하다고 하시면서 유료 일회용품을 필요한 만큼 가져가시라고 하시더라구요. 예약할때 요청사항을 체크가 안되는 부분을 보곤...직원분은 친절하셨지만 호텔시스템에 좀 실망스러웠습니다. 이 부분을 제외하면 위생도 깨끗한 편이고, 스타일러도 있고 괜찮았는데, 처음 체크인할때 실망하게 되어 아마 다음번에는 이용하지는 않을 것 같습니다.

처음 원주에서 지낸 호텔인데 위치도 좋았고 주차공간도 넓었습니다.
쾌적한 분위기 였고, 객실이 무엇보다 넓고 욕조가 있는점도 맘에 들었습니다.
가족분들이 이용하기에는 적합한 호텔이였지만,침대 밑의 페트병이 있는것은 청결도에서는 만족하지 못했습니다.
하지만 다음에도 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶은 맘은 있습니다.
