The garden of this hotel is spectacular. Breakfast is cooked to order. It tastes good and is exquisite in appearance. Although I read the reviews and received rave reviews, I have some opinions. It may be that they have different concerns. The overall feeling of the carriage suite I booked was not good. The platform stated that the room type is 108 square meters. I don’t know what the standard is. The overall internal space is very cramped. The two rooms upstairs are also small, with only one bed. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living room downstairs are very full. There is basically no place to put luggage. The sanitary conditions are average. There is still plastic paper in the washing machine and the seals are not there. It was moldy and the dryer door was full of black hair balls, indicating that the hotel did not clean the washer and dryer after the previous guest left.

Stayed for three nights. Although it is 30 minutes away from the city, it does not affect travel at all. Usually, we will arrange a day trip to Bern Island. The hotel is very close to the ferry port, which saves 1 hour for round trip.

It was such a great accommodation experience that I cancelled all the hotels in Hobart for the next few nights and continued to stay at this lodge. The waiter mentioned that the owner was from Shanghai, and the relevant facilities and equipment were still in line with Chinese habits. There was also a very traditional fireplace, which the children were very interested in. The hotel is located in a relatively high area and overlooks the night view of Hobart. It is very quiet. The breakfast provided is not very varied but very delicious. The heating and other supplies are also sufficient. On the last night, a room with a kitchen was opened for us to fry a steak and drink a few glasses of wine. It was very comfortable.

Just like other DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, this new hotel in Hobart provides excellent room and breakfast experience. We were always greeted & served by service oriented staff, & the signature welcome chocolate cookie was yummy. There was a free upgrade to a bigger room & it was so spacious & comfortable. Love the amenities in room as well as the complimentary coffee & tea bags. Breakfast was of great quality, didn't regret adding it to my booking. If we had to nitpick, location was a bit off from the main action near Franklin Square, but it wasn't too bad, about 10-15 min walk. Overall, it was a wonderful 2-night stay & I'd love to stay here again if I return to Hobart!

I don't know why Ctrip's price list does not include breakfast. Also add 50 more knives. The hotel said that the room was full of breakfast. I don't know if Ctrip wants to collect the difference or what. Five stars praised the hotel, the environment is very good. Same as the picture. Ctrip bad review.
