During my trip to Vietnam, this hotel was decorated in a French architectural design that I really like. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. The food in the hotel tastes good, and it is not what others said. There are very few choices. I think the semi-buffet is actually obviously better if you order the more expensive set meal. In fact, you can eat all the delicacies on the menu. I think the price is not very expensive. I can accept it if I have a chance to try the afternoon tea in this hotel next time. I think it will taste good. There are also many shopping places near the hotel, which is very convenient and encouraging. Everyone check in

The room is not big, but the small balcony outside leads to the swimming pool, and the sofa is very comfortable! The hotel is in an excellent location and the waiters are very professional! The breakfast is in line with the hotel's identity! It's worth staying!

Excellent location, in the heart of the city centre. You can walk to major luxury stores, and there are plenty of Japanese and Korean food in the surrounding area, which is perfect for Asian stomachs. In the hotel, you can immerse yourself in French aesthetics, which is pleasing to the eye. Every employee is also very nice 😉 The only thing that needs to be noted is that the breakfast is semi-buffet style, and the fruit snack bakery is relatively rich. Other staple foods such as pho and eggs need to be ordered separately.

Smell of the lobby is good but a bit smell fungus in the room. It is an over 5 star hotel which should have good smell everywhere.

Park Hyatt Saigon is the best Park Hyatt hotel I have stayed in in recent years. Its advantages are obvious: convenient location in the core of the city, and it is within walking distance to some landmark buildings such as the People's Committee, the Central Post Office, and the Notre Dame Church. Inside; although the interior decoration is slightly old, it is elegant in French style; very suitable for family travel. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel's attentive service. Tu at the front desk saw that I had booked two rooms and arranged a connecting room, which was very convenient for us to take care of our two children around ten years old. The concierge also provided us with extremely valuable food suggestions. The nearby restaurants we went to were all to our liking and not very expensive. There is also a swimming pool, which is sunny and the water temperature is suitable. The children go there every day. Finally, I attach a small painting that my youngest son gave to the hotel to express his gratitude. P.S. There are two areas for improvement in the hotel. One is that the internet speed is relatively slow, and the other is that the bathroom floor becomes a little slippery if there is water. Hope there will be improvement next time.

The man at the front desk spoke slow English even though we were not good at English, and he was very kind and made us feel at ease during our stay. The breakfast staff were also very attentive. Breakfast was delicious, including Vietnamese pho, banh mi, smoothies, yogurt, and homemade jam. The room was on the lower floor of the 5th floor, but it was good because it was facing the pool. The atrium chandelier was lovely. Day 1: Reverie Day 2: Hyatt Day 3: We stayed at the Majestic, and my companion liked the Hyatt the most. It's in the middle of Ho Chi Minh, so it's a good location to go anywhere. thank you very much!
