The service was all good, staffs were nice. Location is very convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby at the hotel. The unit was clean except the bed, it’s a little bit uncomfortable for me. But, everything was good.

感謝前台人員贈送的電梯房，太暖心了，不知道是不是因為我們的日語差，給了這麼垃圾的一個房間，我明明預訂的時候23平米的大房間，但是房間的實用面積看起來衹有十幾平米，退房的時候詢問前台我們的房間多大面積，前台竟然回答他也不清楚，更奇葩的是床頭竟然一個插座都沒有，住了二十多年酒店這還是第一次遇到，太震驚了，酒店的自助早餐也非常簡單，本來入住前想辦一個東橫會員來，慶幸沒有辦理，不會再次選擇東橫的酒店了，這是唯一一次。
