前台服務很差，在平台上下了單不算，還得另外再加錢，因這個事，投反饋到平台，結果沒用，人家説，一切以酒店為準，平台的不準。我是超過退的時間了。最後平台沒法，返了另外無理由加付的錢，第一次遇到這樣的酒店。非常差，大家注意了，千萬不要去這個酒店，他們家要另外收費的。而且房間的蟲子特別多。
