Buffet is crowded. No bike or motobike renting possibilities. Concierge at the entrance is very good and help us to find paddle and swimming place in river.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is not the newest but our room was big and clean. Buffets are OK, the swimming pools are great, and the staff is nice. Pity that there was no furniture on the balcony.

The room, living room and bathroom can be separated, and there are balconies in the room and living room, so adults can move around without disturbing the children after the children fall asleep. The hygiene is OK, but because it is old, the carpet always looks a little dirty; the TV is also old. ✨Hotel facilities: There are hot springs and outdoor swimming pools. If you play in the water, you can kill a lot of time. There is a mini children's playground next to the breakfast buffet restaurant. It is very small and can kill half an hour. ✨Dining: The breakfast buffet is average; Cuihua Restaurant is OK, and there are some restaurants around. In summary: It is suitable for parent-child travel.

A hotel that has been around for more than 10 years, with good surrounding environment and services. It is also very close to Green Island Lake, only five minutes' drive away. However, the hotel's Chinese restaurant charges a 20% service charge🥺, and the hotel's fresh air system smells bad. The Western buffet and breakfast buffet are average, not bad but not great. There are welcome snacks and afternoon tea when you check in. I would like to praise the afternoon tea, which is rich in content and large in quantity, enough for our family of three.

The hotel is located near Wanlv Lake, and the surrounding environment is pretty good. I came here originally for the swimming pool, but they only opened an indoor one, which is not temperature-controlled. It is not open during busy times like Qingming Festival. The room fee is really not worth it. The hotel is very average in all aspects.

The hotel is very large, integrating hot springs, restaurants (Chinese, Western, Hakka), sports (gym, billiards, table tennis, swimming pool) and a playground.

The lake view room can only see a corner of the lake, which is not good. It should be called a corner lake view room. Room 366. The breakfast is average, none of them are delicious. The water temperature of the indoor swimming pool is 16 degrees. The seafood buffet dinner is OK, especially the pork trotter noodles are good.

The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, and the lounges are large and sufficient. It is clean and the environment is elegant. The time I chose was not the peak tourist season, but a relatively quiet season with few people. I didn't crowd with people and enjoyed my vacation comfortably. When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby manager upgraded me to a lake view room. I originally planned to stay for one day, but I changed it to stay for two days. It was great.

The room facilities are also very good, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and it feels great to stand on the large balcony of the room and look at the lake view outside. Parking is free, but there are relatively few people staying in the hotel. In the morning, meals are provided in a catering way, and the meals provided are still very rich.
