I stayed at this hotel for the first time. The lobby is very beautiful and recommended by a friend. The service at the front desk is very friendly, mainly because the young lady at the front desk is beautiful. The room is clean and clean. Free to use, this is my favorite, next time I come to Hengyang on a business trip, I will stay again, I recommend everyone to stay

我是6.11號入住酒店，房間環境都還不錯，住的很舒服。12號早上開開心心地想去吃一頓早餐。誰知道遇到一件很噁心下頭的事。我去煮米粉的櫥窗要了一碗米粉（圖一）。在等粉的過程中看到工作人員（圖三的女人）講含過的筷子涮到煮米粉的湯裏！還搖了幾下筷子，一看就是在用湯水來洗筷子。然後我上去阻止她，她對我時而不理就走開了，明顯是覺得這件事是對的！！！！一看就是慣犯，因為動作就很順手。然後廚師長（圖二）看着她的行為卻沒有阻止！！！！還説這個水那麼燙是在消毒！！！真的太噁心了。講自己的口水混入湯中，客人怎麼吃？要不是我碰到這件事，那誰會知道呢？ 我一直對你們連鎖酒店印象很好，出行也是住的這家酒店。沒想到今天遇到這件事太讓我噁心，下頭！希望你們工作人員能給我一個答覆！

一路北上，自駕途徑衡陽，看到攜程上的評價，選擇了維也納，10多年前在其他城市就住過維也納酒店🏨，衞生不錯，整體環境略感稍偏，但離高速近，隔音略差（19層）都能聽到汽車聲，早餐還可以。

這個酒店離高速口近，下高速沒幾分鐘就到了，有地上地下停車場，大堂很氣派，前台011號服務員很熱情，房間升級商務大床房，還免費多送了一份早餐券，可惜去晚了，沒什麼可吃的了，房間很大，很乾凈整潔

旅途中在衡陽休息下，選擇的這家酒店大堂非常的寬敞明亮，小朋友特別喜歡大堂的扶手樓梯，在扶手樓梯上跑來跑去很歡樂。辦理入住時18號前台還免費贈送了早餐券，剛好一家人可以去吃。早餐場地大，可選性多。
房間很大很乾凈，是第一次在維也納住親子房。除了沒有機器人，其他設備都很好。性價比超級高！
值得帶孩子入住。
