My favorite hotel on this trip is this one. The lobby is elegantly decorated. The parking lot at the door is very convenient. From check-in to check-out, every staff member made me feel at home.

It's really intolerable
The hygiene of the room is extremely poor. There is toothpaste left by previous guests on the sink. The curtains are broken and cannot be closed. The hooks are missing. The sofa is so dirty that I can't sit on it. The hygiene of the bathroom is also very poor. Wash your hands. The basin is broken, but I can tolerate these things, including the hot and cold bath water, and the remote location of the hotel, which I can also tolerate.
The key is that the bed sheet and duvet cover were all dirty. I asked the front desk to change them twice and they were still so dirty that I couldn’t use them. I almost broke down. The phone in the room was just a decoration and had no cord. I couldn’t contact the front desk. I had to run there myself if I needed anything. I called the front desk, but there was no response for a long time. There was not a single word of apology or apology in the whole process. The hotel actually didn’t have a cleaning lady. I asked a slovenly doorman in his fifties or sixties to go to the room to change my pillow. I really felt EMO.
The sheets and duvet cover looked like they had been used for at least seven or eight years. They were torn and dirty. 100 Express Hotels don’t do this. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, bar none.
