Very nice family to talk to. The location is in a great area just across the street from the riverfront. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom can stink at times from the toilet. Shower is in an awkward position where it makes it hard for me to be able to feel comfortable with showering at times. Not convienient to go up to stairs without an elevator on first day when carrying the luggage up the stairs especially when your room is near the top floor.

Close to the border & many cafés, nice host. Unfortunately, our room was dirty. Amongst others there was a bunch of wet hair placed on the sink. Also, don't really get why there's a photo of a naked woman in the bathroom.

Overall it's not bad. There is a barbecue restaurant next to the hotel that specializes in ripping off foreigners. A little bit costs 500,000 Vietnamese dong, which is not enough for one person!
