The guesthouse has a great location, close to the city centre and bars (across the street!) and restaurants. It can be quite noisy because of the bars and the tram in the front of the house so earplugs were necessary. We had a very big room with everything you need (kitchenette, tv) and a clean bathroom with a very nice shower. The bed was not very big and also not very comfortable but for the two nights that we stayed there it was fine. We didn’t have breakfast, so cant say anything about that.

Good location, room ok. I forgot something in the fridge, vacuum packed. Called 4 hours after checkout, was told everything had been disposed of. I had to look for it myself in the big garbage can (it wouldn't have been critical if it had been vacuum-packed). But there was nothing to be found. I was very disappointed that it was not at least admitted that the groceries were NOT disposed of but ended up "somewhere else". 40 euros gone... I also expect the checked out guest to be called if something of value was forgotten. I cannot recommend the Guesthouse Heidelberg.

Very easy check in. The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the accommodation is central and all sights and the Neckar are within walking distance. We had a room facing the street, but it was a bit noisy one night, so we couldn't open the windows. We had air conditioning in the room. If you can sleep with it, that's okay. Well priced compared to other accommodations, but overall for the price you can expect breakfast included or at least free water in the room.

Die Unterkunft war ganz ok. Die Lage ist gut, dass man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt kommt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht direkt, in der Nähe gibt es aber Tiefgaragen in denen man für ~ 15€/Tag parken kann. Der Check-in funktioniert unkompliziert über einen Code, mit dem man ein Kästchen mit Zimmerkarte öffnen kann. Das Zimmer war relativ kalt und ungemütlich eingerichtet und hätte sauberer sein dürfen. Gerade in den Ecken war viel Staub und im Bad die Dusche und das WC sehr verkalkt. Wenn es nur 1-2 Nächte sind ok, ansonsten würde ich wo anders buchen.
