This hotel is really great. The house of the noble family industry is different. As soon as you enter the door, you will be magnificent. The hotel was a pleasant surprise in Heidelberg city, and I stayed only one night, but I would certainly stay more, because I was very well installed. The hotel is located in a building that worked in an old tobacco factory, and is completely renovated for the hotel's facilities, with large suites or lofts, very well decorated. They have washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with modern tools. Wi-Fi quickly. Floor with heating and large bathroom. Parking on the site, but are few vacuums. When I booked, I asked for a parking vague and I had no problems. The service was very good from who received us. There is no reception. When I arrived at the establishment, at the main door, there is an interphone. The guest attendant arrived in a few minutes and passed all the instructions needed. It is in a quiet and quiet neighborhood. It is not so close to the historic center, about 2.5 km. Better go by car and park in the various parking lots near the main attractions.

We had a very hearty reception, the rooms are very comfortable furnished and you feel at home immediately. Cleanliness tiptop. We were there between the years and the small indoor courtyard was beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely central and directly on the old bridge. The public parking house, located below the castle (for guests there is a discount), is well reached by a short walk through the city. Overall, everything is well thought, the staff were all friendly and well laid. The connected restaurant is also very recommendable (sweet food, good service). Unfortunately we were only for one night there would come back at any time.

I was in Heldelberg for business and I stayed 3 days in the hotel. The experience was just great ! The is a traditional German hotel located in the city's old town (very close to the bridge). The rooms are well equipped and they are in a very good condition. The staff pays very close attention to cleanliness (this is important!): room size is OK, and the room as well as the bathroom (shower included) were very clean. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great too! Trying traditional German breakfast is a great way to start the day. Overall....an excellent hotel !

The hotel is right next to the Old Town Square, saying that convenience is not enough, but very convenient! Going to the castle, the old bridge, and the old town are all walking up. The hotel staff is very nice, every time you say hello is a warm, warm smile, it makes people feel very comfortable! The staff will provide maps and guidelines, especially to help with luggage, and the hotel does not have a lift. Breakfast is average, but it is not bad, next door is a Korean restaurant, there are all kinds of small collections, full of fun, taste is not bad! The hotel is especially recommended!

In an ancient building, dining room has white arched ceiling , lots of rooms, quite elegant. WE wanted a slow lunch to avoid the rain - and succeeded. Table layout upmarket. Food excellent, it was schnitzel week, so we all indulged. Good wines. Not as massively expensive as one might guess from the appearance. Young waiters struggled a bit, and mis-served us once; but lots of smiles and our poor German did the trick

We stayed at this hotel while a family member was recovering in hospital, and the staff were beyond incredible. They were extremely helpful, and always nice - you would never see them without a genuine smile on their face. We stayed for almost 2 months, and we were always made to feel like the hotel was our second home. The rooms were also modern, newly renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The location was super - close to many great restaurants, close to the old own, and for nature lovers, just a minute away from the philosopher's walk in the surrounding mountains. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for their great location, superb rooms, and most of all, the incredible hospitality.

I think this is a Hotel that could be easily overlooked. It is on top of a parking garage. But once you take the elevator to the hotel it looks nothing like the dingy and grimy outside of the parking garage. It is most welcoming decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly and english is no problem (I wouldn't be surprised that even other languages are spoken by the staff). Our room was very clean and had a great view of the castle and some of the historic buildings surrounding the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of German cold cuts, fruit, cheese and many other things. The close proximity to the middle of town and to the Funicular to the castle (and the Christmas markets) makes this a great pick. I will makes this my hotel of choice when I return to Heidelberg.
