酒店的位置非常好，交通和吃東西很方便，地下停車位很緊張不容易停車。酒店風景很好，但是服務真的不咋樣，房間很大，但是房間清潔衞生做的不行，設施也有很多問題，電視很大，但是連中央新聞台都要收費，完全就是擺設了。

提前一天預訂的大床房，晚上去辦理登記的，結果睡覺的時候就覺得奇怪，掀開被子一來是兩張床拼合在一起的，這不就是雙床房嗎？睡在中間都正好在縫中間，難受。不理解為什麼我提前一天預訂的，都不提前預留好。

有史以來最差的體驗沒有之一，垃圾房間服務態度，一大早8點就敲門讓退房，第一遍我説在睡覺，晚點，緊接着十分鐘左右又來敲門讓退房，不退房還要給我一大嘴巴，當時太困了，我沒起的來，我就看看你們怎麼給我一巴掌，實在受不了打電話給前台，告訴我説敲錯了，好，我認了，還沒過10分鐘又來第三次説送牙刷，我請問你們酒店都不放牙刷的嗎？牙刷就在垃圾洗漱台上，請問是我眼瞎還是你們酒店？洗衣機雖然不用，上面灰多厚？由此可見衞生，洗漱台沒有，用的是洗碗台，杯子還是豁口的，是有仇嗎，沒見過比此更垃圾的酒店，我還交的有按金100整在的情況下

從各種平台訂了這家很多次是一次不如一次，我提前一週定的大床房結果給我標間，自欺欺人的是還把兩個單人床並在一起，這是以為別人沒住過賓館？不倫不類！裏面還有個麻將桌之前別人留下的撲克牌，也不收拾一下。最可氣的是下午5點來這家店一個老太婆態度很差，估計不是老闆隨便得罪人，説五句話三句話離不開按金又不是不給你急什麼呢？住兩晚裏面的垃圾桶都滿了也不知道收拾，一言難盡，罄竹難書。同樣價位你們有挑選客人的權利，我也有挑選賓館的權利。

首先酒店奇葩之處在於，你如果開車的話，一天衹允許出去一趟，如果想出去兩趟，就要自己給停車費，就離譜！有這錢我不如住別的酒店了，停車場環境衞生很差，陣陣惡臭，電梯間也是異味很重，房間設施老舊，性價比很低，打掃衞生還把我自帶的牙刷扔了，跟前台的大媽説，大媽就嗯了一下，沒反應了，不會再來！服務態度很差！
